New central in-law unit

Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Fantastic garden house in a green oasis

The solidly built, well-insulated garden house with covered terrace is located in the back of the beautiful garden. It is equipped with electric heating and fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

"La Casita" with a small garden and terrace

Detached, solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and small garden with terrace and barbecue. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Waldoase

A break in the countryside, that would be something! Then our cozy and quiet granny apartment/basement in the garden city of Haan is just right for you. The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.

Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The apartment is centrally located in Düsseldorf - Friedrichstadt. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

1 room apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

Bright, friendly 1-room apartment in an old building for 1-2 people with a new bathroom and kitchenette on the 3rd floor with its own entrance. The apartment is in a house from 1907. The landlords live in the house themselves. We live on a street with mostly single family houses. There are parking spaces on the street for those arriving by car. Public transport can be reached in the immediate vicinity.

Düsseldorf Mediaharbour

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!

In einem malerischen Fachwerkhaus im Essener Süden haben wir eine Wohnung ebenerdig zu vermieten. Sie besteht aus zweieinhalb Räumen, Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie vollausgestatteter Küche mit Spülmaschine. Zu Fuß 15 Min. zur Ruhr, 5 Min. zum Bus. Es gibt inzwischen WLAN über unseren Glasfaser Anschluss.
