Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

Happy to see you! I try to make my apartment in the same comfort way if I would live here. The apartment is located in Veeriku area, which combines 90s family houses and modern apartments, is located near important road to Tallinn, about 500m there are South Estonia biggest shopping Center Lõunakeskus. We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.
