Vacation rentals with lake access in Gwangjin District

a guy's house. with booze and horns, and big ass tv. the atmosphere is, well, a bar. lots of audiophile equipment as well. you'll like it.

We have had a great time with our 3 children (10,6,baby). Love the hanok-style and cosy way of sleeping. The neighbourhood is very nice, bukhanan park is on walking distance, a nice small river to play in. There are different restaurants nearby.

I was very happy to stay in such a nice homestay in Seoul, and I felt very comfortable and relaxing every day!The host is very welcoming, not only responded promptly but also helped us recommend restaurants!The location is very convenient, very close to Gimpo Airport, and there is a direct bus to Gyeongbokgung/Gwanghwamun nearby, which is a great experience!

perfect spot for a small family! great location makes walking to Lotte world, Lotte tower, and many restaurants/cafes very convenient. Callia was super helpful and had many recommendations of places to try while there! 10/10 highly recommend.

I booked the same-day stay to use Lotte World! It was so nice that you checked the message right away. First of all, the sewage and bedding were all so clean, and it was nice that Seokchon Lake and Lotte World were all close! There were plenty of towels, and I could feel that you cared about even the small things. I want to stay here again next time!!

It was very close to the subway station, and there were many local grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and Seokchon Lake was also close, so it was so nice to stay ~

It was close to Lotte World, so the view outside the window was beautiful and it was easy to go out. The host also contacted me quickly, so I was able to stay comfortably!

I moved out because of the interior construction and stayed for more than 2 weeks. First of all, the location is really in the center of Misa, so you can easily walk anywhere, and the accommodation was clean and tidy, and I especially liked the open view. Host Joey was able to resolve the issue immediately by phone and reply every time I contacted him, so there was no inconvenience in living in the accommodation. Parking was easy, and I had a comfortable stay. If you need to stay for Mass, I recommend Joy's accommodation.

The location was nice because it was close to the Bangi-dong food alley, and there was a Daiso in the basement and an Olive Young on the first floor, so it was good to buy necessities. It was a few minutes' walk to Lotte Tower and Lotte Mall, so the accessibility was good. I was worried that the toilet water pressure would be weak because the building was old, but the water pressure was also very strong. I think the previous guests left a stone and a lid under the carpet. I almost died of pain from stepping on it. And the bed was very high and fluffy. The topper was laid, so it was even higher, but I used it without the topper because my back was bad. It was so soft that my back hurt. Anyway, I used it well!

I stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. The studio is located right next to Seokchon Lake and Lotte Tower, with stunning views overlooking the lake, the theme park in the center, and the tower itself. It was incredibly relaxing to just sit and take in the view — day or night, it was beautiful. The apartment was very clean, fully furnished, and had everything I needed. The linens were fresh, and the whole place felt comfortable and well-maintained. The host was also great — very responsive and flexible with both early check-in and late check-out, which made my stay even more convenient. The area is fantastic: surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and of course, right next to Lotte Tower for easy access to shopping, cinema, and more. I truly loved the neighborhood. If I ever move to Seoul, I would absolutely choose to live in this area — maybe even in this same building — just to enjoy that incredible view every day. Amy was an extremely responsive and helpful host! Her space was very conveniently located, just a few steps away from Lotte World and all the transport options the Jamsil area has to offer. The shared spaces and storage were pretty small though so just keep that in mind if booking for 3-4 people.

Thanks to the kind host, I had a good time with the kids and was able to relax comfortably~ It was even better that I could see and touch the flowers and herbs in the garden, and I was able to use it comfortably even in the clean indoors~ I think it would be nice to go with the kids or with friends. ^^ If you're lucky, it was the best place to comfortably watch the fireworks at Legoland!!

The host really made a good impression~~ The accommodation has all the necessary items, the bedding is neat, and the towels are neatly dried. There was no problem with the water supply and drainage, and I was able to enjoy the karaoke room to my heart's content. The barbecue area and the eating area are separated, and there is enough charcoal, so I enjoyed grilling, drinking, and eating for three hours. I plan to visit again next time.

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.
