Vacation rentals with lake access in Gwangjin District

Mari was fabulous, the view of Lotte World Tower incredible and the location amazing. I felt so at home, so comfortable in Mari’s apartment. Mari was super responsive and very helpful, sorting out anything and answering our questions. Very much recommend Mari and this excellent apartment.

Alex was a great host! The vibes of the place are very warm and inviting and it was an easy walk to public transportation to get to Itaewon or connect to other areas around Seoul. I'd definitely stay here again!

A perfect retreat from the city, Jae Won't place was exactly as described, he was a very attentive and communicative host who did everything he could to make our stay as perfect as possible! We loved trying all his restaurant recommendations and being so close to the national park.

🏠 Accommodation: 10/10 Super comfortable room, full marks for cleanliness!You can smell a faint aroma as soon as you walk in, and the whole space is filled with a relaxing aroma, which really makes you feel good as soon as you walk in ~ 🚇 Location: Although it's not next to popular attractions, it's actually super convenient!A few minutes walk to the MRT, the bus can also go directly to various places, only 15 minutes to Hongdae, no need to worry about traffic problems! 🌿 Details: Feels like home The host is really thoughtful, and every corner of the room is carefully decorated with decorations and greenery, making the whole space warm and vibrant, just like living in your own home! 👭 Suitable for girls We are two girls staying, and each of us has a private space, very convenient!Bedding and bathroom are also super clean, super comfortable stay ~ 💯 Overall: Definitely recommend! The stay was really impeccable, the host's attention to detail and the comfort of the room impressed us, next time we come to Seoul we will definitely choose here again!

We highly recommend this apartment! It has everything one would need and is exactly as described as well as clean. The housekeeping instructions/rules were clear and easy to follow. The location is nice too, it‘s a quiet corner in a nice neighbourhood yet very close to plenty of cafés, restaurants, markets, etc. And most importantly, Sulin is a wonderful and kind host. She provided a stress-free check-in and out process. The communication was good and she kindly helped with any questions we had. We would definitely book this again if given the chance!

Adorable basement apartment right in the Seokchon Lake area. Within walking distance to the lake and perfect for those visiting for the cherry blossoms. Restaurants and shopping within 510 minutes of walking. Apartment has two separate bedrooms and is cozy and adorable. Loved our stay & host is so friendly

2 toilets, 3 rooms, spacious living room dining table (8 people) These are the main advantages, and I'm satisfied overall without regret:)

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was sparkling clean and had all the essentials in the bathroom. The little photo frames, a warm table lamp created a cozy mood, and the duvet was so soft and warm. I spent most of my time outdoors so I only had a chance to use the place for sleeping and washing, which is really sad and especially the price was a bit higher. But I definitely recommend the place for a solo female travelers who is looking for a quiet and beautiful place that is close to the Lotte World and Seokchon Lake area.

The accommodation is so clean and has everything. Next time I stay, I'll stay here again.

We had a comfly stay during our trip. The location is never been better as it locates nearby the subway station.

It was a lodging where everything was good! The clean room conditions (especially the bathroom and bedding conditions) & the kitchen that was suitable for cooking, and the location was near Jamsil Saeunghyeon Station, so it was easy to get anywhere in Seoul, and most importantly!! I was reassured because there was a kind and smart host:) I hope you always have lucky days, and I'll see you again next time >_<

It was close to Korea University Station and very clean. The hosts were friendly and responsive. This is my second time coming, and next time I go to Seoul, I'm going to come here again.

Alex and Susan are very kind and helpful. They made us feel welcomed! The house is clean, spacious and quiet. Especially friendly for family with kids since they share toys at the house! The house is equipped with almost everything we need. We slept well and it was just like home. It is within walking distance to bus stop and subway station. Highly recommended to those who wish to stay cozy in Seoul.

The accommodation was so good. I used it for a long time until I entered the house where I was moving from abroad, and it was so comfortable and nice. I'm going to recommend it when my friends come from abroad. The location is good, so there's a lot of entertainment nearby. It's next to Lotte World, but if you say it, it's nagging ^ ^

I was grateful for the kind explanation from the owner after booking, and for taking good care of me from check-in to check-out. 14 people stayed, and the space was really spacious, and the kitchen facilities, bathroom (2), and well-equipped kitchen facilities and supplies were so good.

The accommodation was completely separated from other houses, so I was able to enjoy it privately! I was relieved that the fence was good enough for the dogs to run around safely, and it was nice that the barbecue area was also equipped with a tent. There was a mini golf as a bonus, so it was nice to spend time, and above all, there was a karaoke facility, so I had a lot of fun! The host is really quick to contact and kind, so I want to come again next time~

It was the best place I've ever been to. - You can play noisily because it's a private house. - The host is so kind - Good barbecue space - Good parking space - Cleanliness of the accommodation I'm going again.

We had a really cozy and peaceful stay. It was a valuable experience to experience rural life in a place not far from Seoul. The cafe located right behind the host is in operation, and the coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was the best. Best of all, I lit a bonfire in the yard and had a campfire while watching the stars at night. My 5-year-old son who went with me talks about the bonfire even when he comes home. Also, it was a real advantage that food was delivered because it wasn't far from the village. Thank you.

The owner was very kind and I went with my dog, and he really liked it. There was also a valley right in front, so I had fun with the puppy. There were many benches to sit on, and the sound of the water right in front was peaceful:) The garden was also spacious, so I had fun running around.

So peaceful and beautiful! House is fully equipped with all we need for our stay. We had such a pleasant time here. The Host is so friendly, loving, and so helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. So thankful

I had a good rest for 2 nights and 3 days.

It was so nice for 8 people to stay The sunset I saw while eating the barbecue on the terrace was so cool.
