House vacation rentals in Gwanak-gu

The location was really good! The restaurant, Motran, was right in front, so I saw Chef Lee Yeon-bok, and there were many restaurants, so it was easy to order delivery!!!!!!!! The atmosphere of the accommodation is also great. I recommend it.

We had a really great time at Jun's. She was very welcoming, responsive, and very friendly. The house is really very beautiful, atypical for a European. There are two separate spaces. The rooms are beautiful. The bathroom with the large bathtub was really nice after long days of walking. The house is located in the middle of a market, it was just the best, we took plenty of specialties and we were able to feast with the grill provided. Really, we highly recommend this place if you want to be exotic, immersed in Korean culture (few foreigners). We had a really great time. Thanks Jun!

We stayed at a few places during our vacation in South Korea and here was the best one and best way to end the trip! The host's mom met us and was so helpful and just a really sweet and amazing host. She gave us three apples and was so thoughtful and showed us where everything was. The place was clean, comfortable and very central! Would definitely stay here if ever I visit! Definitely book this location!

Awesome place to stay (I was here 13 days)! Very clean, peaceful; many cafe/restaurants around; park around the river I liked to walk there; a metro station 3-5 min to go. Sophia is very friendly, helped me with all my questions, she paid me a taxi from the airport!

I stayed for over a month for interior construction. The house was neatly organized, and there were many stands throughout the house, so the atmosphere was good. It was convenient to use public transportation and there were many amenities nearby, so it was nice.

The host and place is amazing. The only downside is the location, which is a hike to get to and I even had taxi drivers more than once deny me a ride because of how steep it is. It is about a 10 minute walk to the subway and nearest food. Everything else is amazing. The place has a great view. The hosts are so kind and respond quickly. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and it is pretty good value for the space. The doors are a little low so if you are 6 foot you may hit your head a couple times (I did). I would consider this place again, but if I had toddlers that walked, I think it would be difficult because of the hill.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was spacious, quiet and clean with a lot of extra amenities such as biscuits and noodles, first aid supplies and umbrellas. It is very close to public transport which made it super easy to get around, and many lovely cafes and convenience stores/laundromat within a 2 minute walk. Mina the host was very helpful and considerate, giving great recommendations of places to eat and nearby attractions. I will stay here again when I return to Seoul.

Hongdae Subway Exit 4 has an elevator, No. 7 is an escalator, all can be reached, the road map is quite clear, it is not difficult to find, the host communication response is very timely, the room is also tidy, the value is very good, ps: The only disadvantage is the hill road at the beginning, it is a difficult thing to climb the luggage for women with less physical strength to climb,😂)

Sujis place was exactly as listed, we were given a tour when we checked in and they were very responsive with any questions we had. I’d recommend anyone stay here! It’s so close to the national park and the neighborhood is very walkable.

Everything was fine. The description and photos correspond to reality. They prepared a lighter for the barbecue and a gas burner. It was only necessary to buy coal. Convenient! Otherwise, everything is fine. We booked for 1 night.

The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good, close to the subway station, close to Hongdae business district, there is a convenience store and coffee shop at the door. The room is clean and tidy and a conversion plug is also provided ~ Enjoyable stay. I will choose this place again next time I come to Korea.❤️

This place was great. The only thing wrong with it is the steepness of the hill to get to it. It is at least equivalent to climbing ten floors. I suggest lots of Ubers since it is crazy cheap to take a taxi.

This is the accommodation I use every time I come to Goyang. It's clean, has good accessibility, and has a ramen noodle vending machine on the first floor. There are also many restaurants around the property.

David was a very responsive host and everything you would ask for when booking an Airbnb -- listing was as described with clear / functional wifi and all amenities. The home is in a good location (approximately 10 minute walk to the Hongdae station, which connects directly without transfer by subway to both Incheon and Gimpo airports) and it is easy to get around Seoul to explore while having things to do and great places to eat nearby. That is all that we can usually ask for as a more budget-friendly traveler! The Airbnb apartment is located with a few steps up on the 1.5 floor of the building with two other apartments on the same floor, and you can generally hear when others enter or leave their rooms but cannot hear them when they are inside their own apartments.
