My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. The property is on the Tennessee-Mississippi state line in the small town of Guys, TN. There are no stop lights, no hustle and bustle you are in the heart of the country. Guests are just minutes away from several attractions including Crazy K wedding venue, Springhill Farm wedding venue, Corinth, MS, Shiloh National Battlefield, Magnolia Hospital, Big Hill Pond State Park, and Pickwick Lake. All 10-25 min away. Magnolia hospital is 9 miles away. Extra charge for garage for boats and trailer.

The Oliver Lakehouse

Nestled in the rolling hills of Chickasaw State Forest, the Oliver House is located on 38 acres with 2 lakes, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes and the sweetest muscovy ducks you will ever meet. Oliver is the oldest duck the inspiration behind our name! Our place is the perfect place to unwind, unplug and to just be in nature. Whether you prefer fishing, napping on the swing or reading a good book out on the deck, we are sure you’ll find it all here. Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy. We welcome you!

Cozy Country Home

Unwind in this quiet country home. Enjoy a comfortable 4 bedroom w/TVs, 2 bath on 1/2 acre, sleeps 8. A king rm w/ walk-in shwr. A Queen rm, and two rms with 2 twins. House water filter sys. Laundry rm stocked. Piano rm has baby bed, highchair and fans. Large fenced in yard for dog and kids. Basketball, volley ball, firepit, picnic table, No Smoking inside. Front & Back entrances have ramps 18 mi. to Pickwick and TN River. 21 mi. to Shiloh Battlefield. 5 mi. to Civil War Museum.

The Guest House

Relax at this beautiful countryside retreat. Recently restored, this 2 bedroom cottage boasts rustic charm from the Heart Pine wood walls to the custom island top. Aside from the cottage, you'll be within minutes of Historic Downtown Corinth, Big Hill Pond State park, and Shiloh National Military Park.

The Farmhouse, Corinth MS

Enjoy the most unique getaway in the area. The Farmhouse opened in August 2018. This silo converted into a home will sleep 4 people. A fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar with seating for 3. Large bath with laundry. One queen bed downstairs and two twins upstairs. Snuggle up to a gas fireplace with plenty of seating and large TV. Free Wi-fi. Charcoal grill, charcoal is not provided. NO PETS. NO PARTIES.

Shiloh Cabin with Wi-Fi Near Battlefield

Come stay in this hand built loft style cabin in historical area, where the confederate soldiers marched right here on this land. 10 miles from Pickwick Lake or 10 miles from the Battlefield of Shiloh, 8 miles to the Papermill. Plenty of parking space for fishing boat or trailers. Very private and safe area. Come sit on the back porch and drink your morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery, lush trees and grass.
