The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

It was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2020. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and consists of a large living room with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, dishwasher and a double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with shower. Welcome to our Casa Emma! Bed linen and towels and shower towels are included. All they have to do is bring their personal stuff. A travel bed is available for children. Unfortunately, you would have to bring your own bed linen and bedding for your child at the moment. A high chair is also available. Pets are not allowed.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
