From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

Try Riesling at the nearby winery, eat pizza at Gut Sommerau overlooking the castle ruins. 2 dream loops pass the house and the river invites young and old to splash around!

The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities.
