The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

Kathy is truly an all-star host who thought about every detail. There was ice in the freezer and a few beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived after a long travel day. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the cooler, freezer packs, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Kathy is super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations during our stay. She has a packet available when you arrive that will provide information for just about anything you might need to know or want to do during your visit. We enjoyed Kathy’s interesting furnishings and accent pieces as well as the outdoor patio area. The outdoor shower was nice to have too, to rinse off after a day at the beach. The market next door was an awesome convenience that we absolutely loved and used daily. There was a really nice variety of supplies available and we cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely visit again & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

Dans un écrin de verdure, venait découvrir cette maison d artiste au charme fou. Sentir l'air marin le doux bruit des vagues pour se ressourcer. Vous aurez tout pour vous reposer. Le calme, une piscine. Une maison très confortable. Fonctionnelle et très grande. La propriétaire est vraiment formidable et à disposition en cas de problème. Bel appartement très confortable avec vue sur mer comme sur les photos, belle terrasse ventilée parfaite pour prendre tous les repas, quartier tranquille à moins de 5mn en voiture de l’aéroport et des commerces de bouches. Petites attentions très appréciables (bouteille de champagne/eau dans le frigo, capsule de café, petit déjeuner à aller récupérer à la boulangerie à 700m,….) Piscine et Parking au pied de l’appartement (attention place étroite) Au global très bon séjour.

Staying at this condo was a great choice perfect view. Make sure you have an Suv instead of car because of the hills around the area but overall an excellent experience.

Great stay. If I was to change anything, it would be: warmer pool..I think because fresh water constantly circulates, it never has a chance to warm up.

The house was super spacious and very private. We were a bit hesitant because there wasn't a view, but to have a big yard, open concept indoor/outdoor living and a big pool, we were very happy and it was very close to our favorite restaurant in St. Barts. Tamirin. It was a very nice stay and this truly is an AirBnB int hat a family does live here. It is not a full time vacatin rental, so the quality of construction really shows that care was put into the building. Our only hesitation in recommending this AirBnB is that there is construction on housing across the street, but they are building really fast, so there shouldn't be any noise after construction is completed.
