The whole house was spotless and tidy and according to the photos.Communication with the host was smooth and quick to respond.The museum and several restaurants are easily accessible from inside the building via the car yard.And there are guards throughout the building and the staff at the lobby are courteous.The only thing that was bothered was the stench of the channel.The first day of stay opened the door, it smelled from the kitchen and the toilet in the master room.I bought my own air freshening spray to deodorize, but the next day there was a stench and it just wasn't strong the first day; and there would be unspecified water damage in the corners of the toilet.Other than the channel issues, everything else was fine, easy and comfortable for 6 days.

Vina’s place was spacious and comfortable with all the cooking amenities we needed to heat up food and make breakfast. The apartment has a lot of places to eat in the lobby as well as a small grocery store, salon, pool and small playground. During our stay, Vina was responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. Thanks, Vina!

The place is easily accessed. San Living team is really accommodating with my requests and very helpful with my inquiries. They provide a chat group so it’s easier for guests to ask for help. Something I have never experienced when booked an AirBnB before. I recommend San Living units for you to have a smooth experience staying in Jakarta.

We’re just happy to stay there. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, somehow it makes me worry that I’ll break something or just being clumsy. You know it’s because everything screams expensive. It takes time for me to get used to it. I also noticed that maybe the owner or the designer is a CARAT (Seventeen’s fandom) because some of the artworks are based on Seventeen’s songs. Too bad we couldn’t use the speaker or the karaoke machine because the bluetooth connection wasn’t detected(?). Or we just didn’t know how to use it lol. I asked mbak Retna how, but she didn’t know either. Oh also I asked for one extra towel, but it just not delivered (not in the morning also). But it’s fine, luckily one of my friend brought one herself.

The apartment is amazing and is in prime location. Clean,tidy rooms, great views and facilities was great for the family , access to the gym ,pool etc was useful and creating a truly homey atmosphere. We are hAdit was very nice and friendly people. We are so happy . Once again thanks for your hospitality, Adit and Diamond Dreams. Overall we are very happy to have here . Very highly recommended to everyone . Bu Santy is a great host, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, and she was super responsive to any of our chats. The flat itself is a perfect place for us in terms of capacity, facilities and location. Kitchen and cooking utensils can be improved, but overall they are sufficient. We requested for ironing board and additional galon of water and Bu Santy immediately sent her team to provide. Thank you.

Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking or dining in. But the absolute highlight? The amazing bed with a pedic mattress—an absolute dream! The owner clearly has great taste and puts a lot of thought into every detail, making the stay incredibly comfortable. If you’re visiting Jakarta, especially around Menteng, this place is a must-stay!!!!! ❤️

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.
