Klackebo is a rural idyll and a very quiet and peaceful place where you will find the tranquility and silence with the forest right outside the door and with the lake only 800m away. There is a rowboat if you want to go out and fish or just go for a run on the nearby lake. There are several walking paths both on gravel and asphalt or borrow one of the bikes. Here are great opportunities to go out in nature and pick mushrooms and berries. The guesthouse is located at the owner's farm which is located individually and beautifully with surrounding nature.

Amazing restored and re-imagined forest cottage

The cottage has undergone a ground up restoration that was completed in the spring of 2022. It is a holiday home offering old world character with modern comfort .It shares a farm yard with another holiday house. It is situated in open grasslands which are surrounded by forests and lake with a rodboat that can be used from the 1 May- 1 Nov. Bedlinen can be ordered from us at 200SEK/person. Final cleaning can also be ordered at 1250SEK or the house can be returned to us clean after your stay.

I really enjoyed staying at Peter's house. The place if perfect if you look for a calm and relaxing place in the middle of Swedish nature. A tranquil and cozy retreat in the forest, with a great and very interesting host. I enjoyed meditating and taking walks without any disturbance, as well as doing trips into nature, nearby towns, forest, the sea and Göteborg. Obviously this isn't a 5 star luxury apartment. No, it is better, because here you'll find the true luxury of peace, calm and pristine nature.

The house is in a stunning location - completely peaceful with a very picturesque lake right on the doorstep. The house itself is immaculate with every amenity you could wish for. Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated and furnished. Emma provided lots of useful information - the perfect holiday home for our group of six.
