J'ai vraiment apprécié ce logement confortable et calme, le tout dans un quartier non touristique et très vivant, avec d'excellents restaurants. Communication très facile avec l'hôte, toujours réactif. Que du positif. Je reviendrai pour sûr !

Biz çok memnun kaldık konumu ve yeri çok iyiydi

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

Excellent host and excellent apartment, easy to find, great communication and clean over all apartment in an excellent location. Definitely worth the price. Only issue is there is no microwave. I will certainly be back whenever i am in istanbul.

Это просторная квартира, где можно хорошо отдохнуть после прогулок по шумному Стамбулу. Мы искали квартиру, доступную для человека в wheelchair, и это было то, что мы искали. Апартамент находится в шаговой доступности от станции Бакиркой, которая снабжена пандусами. В доме имеется лифт. Апартамент расположен близко к торговому центру CAPACITY и торговой улице, в тоже время дом стоит на маленькой улочке, поэтому в квартире тихо. В каждой комнате кондиционер, матрасы удобные. Сотрудница Бахор каждый вечер выносит мусор, она очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая. Спасибо хозяину господину Хамзе за прекрасный отдых и возможность отличного шоппинга в Стамбуле

Mahmoud is as not only an amazing host to my brother and I, it felt like family. He went above and beyond beyond! Felt like you we visiting family at their guest house. He was always there to help… I’ve never thought we’d meet such an amazing soul. Highly recommend!

Очень приятный уютный дом. Мустафа приятный добрый в общении человек. Всегда на связи и готовый помочь. Дом находится в отличном месте на тихой улице с двумя торговыми центрами по близости. Чистая квартира, в которой хочется жить.

Very nice stay. There were some problems but the host helped solve it immediately. Highly recommended.

We are satisfied with our stay! Seval sent us all the instructions how to get to the apartment and about our stay. The apartment was clean, prepared with all necessary things to make us feel like at home. The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood and there's a public transport 5 minutes walking from the place. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the city center by bus or tram. Also, you can find many shops, grocery stores and cafes around.

Her şey için çok teşekkürler. Bakırköy’de merkezi bir noktada bulunuyor yer. Toplu ulaşıma çok yakın. Ayrıca ofis sahibi çok kibar ve çok yardımsever birisiydi. Çok teşekkürler, işimiz o taraflara düştüğünde tekrar kalmayı düşüneceğimiz bir yer.

The flat was super as expected, Aykut is a nice guy easy to comunicate with him. The location is good as well. I had a nice stay with my family there. Recomended to others.

Zeytinburnu’nda, denizin hemen yanında harika bir dairede konakladık. Jakuzi keyfi yaparken deniz manzarasının tadını çıkarmak gerçekten eşsizdi. Daire son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Lokasyon olarak da çok avantajlı, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Tekrar İstanbul’a gelirsek kesinlikle burada konaklamayı tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkürler!

İletişim çok hızlıydı. Eve giriş çok kolaydı. Talimatlar net ve anlaşılırdı. Ev çok temizdi. Muhit ve manzara çok güzeldi. Tek araçlık otopark kullanımı mevcuttu. Manzara kusursuzdu. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık.
