There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
