Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

The apartment is located at the Zeppelinstreet in the quiet mansion district of Gummersbach. 3min to the city centre (where you can find shopping possibilities, restaurants, cinemas and bars) by foot, 2 min away from the nature and 5 min to the highway (Cologne aprox. 25 min "Köln fare visitor" by car). There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Underfloor heating and separate radiator in the bathroom and cozy fireplace in the living and dining room area. Box-spring bed in the bedroom. Additional sleeping possibility on sofa bed in the living room possible. A crib and high chair are available for toddlers. Internet is now connected to the fiber optic network.

Kreuzberg, the small church village on the dams in the middle of the Bergisches Land/North Rhine-Westphalia. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.
