The building was built in 1979 with a design by an architect.The wooden ceiling, the atrium corridor, the skylights that let in bright light, and other features make it a unique space that doesn't feel like a building from half a century ago.We have incorporated modern interiors into the space to create a calm atmosphere for families and groups. The first floor has a bright living room facing the garden and a Japanese-style room, and there are plenty of toys and picture books for children to play with.There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, so it is comfortable for multiple families and group trips.In addition, there is a room that can be used as a workspace, so it is also recommended for remote work and long-term stays. It is about 6 minutes by car from the city around the station, and access is also good.There is also parking for 3 cars, and it is an ideal base for sightseeing spots and event facilities, as well as for a special stay with friends and family.

Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) The land is flat and getting around by car is convenient. If you don't have a car, I recommend renting a car at Maebashi Station. space A one room apartment, so it is completely private. It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.
