The apartment is quietly and centrally located in Frei-Laubersheim and is surrounded by vineyards and forests, which you can explore by bike and on foot.

The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. Vacation apartment in Wöllstein, Rhinehessen

The spacious apartment is located in the basement of our house with a separate entrance. The house is located on a low-traffic street in a residential area. The area is therefore very quiet. From here you can wonderfully explore the cycling and hiking trails of Wöllstein and the surrounding area. The cities of Bad Kreuznach and Alzey are each only 15 minutes away. Via the good highway connection A61/A60/A63 you can also get to the Rhine/Main area quite quickly.

Cozy studio apartment

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space. The apartment is integrated into a typical Rhine-Hessian courtyard. You can look into the leafy courtyard and have plenty of space for bicycles or the like. Parking is not available, but you can find a way to park on the street. The studio has a sofa bed (1.45 wide) and a 1.20 m wide bed under the roof. However, you have to climb a steep space-saving staircase. Unfortunately, it cannot be completely darkened.

The beautiful half-timbered house is located in the historic, listed courtyard in the middle of 3000 m² of terraced garden and courtyard property. Our spacious (80 m²) main apartment is on the completely renovated ground floor. On the first floor is the cozy owl's nest for 2 people. Bathroom and fully equipped, new bodega-style kitchen are also on the ground floor.
