the house is just wonderful, everything is furnished for maximum comfort. The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

wat een mooie, gezellige en intieme plek. mooi huis, prachtig sereen ingericht. bij binnenkomst viel de koelte in het huis, de lekkere geur en de schoonheid direct op. we voelden ons direct thuis. huis was mooi schoon en keuken had alle benodigdheden (fijne pannen, goede messen, heel belangrijk 😉). faciliteiten zoals jacuzzi's en 2 badkamers waren heel fijn. meerdere airco's in huis. goede communicatie met host, altijd een snel antwoord. het huis ligt in het centrum van Pazin, vlakbij restaurants en winkeltjes, maar toch is de rust en stilte opmerkelijk. ook op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden zoals de Pazin grot en het oude kasteel. een lief welkomstwoord van de eigenaar met leuke tips voor restaurants die zeker de moeite waard waren! ik heb nog nooit zulke lekkere gnocci gegeten. dank voor deze fijne afsluiter van onze rondreis en kennismaking met Istrië.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!

This place is stunning and in a serene location. Having the private Sauna and Jacuzzi made for such a relaxing evening following long days of hiking. Gregor was friendly, clear and provided lots of local recommendations and instructions.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The home was spacious, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. We especially loved the shared space with the dining area and kitchen, which was perfect for spending quality time together. The wellness room was the cherry on top—a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We would highly recommend it to anyone!

When we booked Klaudia’s place a few months ago, Cres was just a name on a map—but what we found was a hidden gem. Beli village is truly special: full of soul, history, and wild, untouched beauty. We hiked through ancient olive groves, swam in quiet coves, and watched griffon vultures soaring overhead. The nature here is unforgettable. The house was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Our children loved the jacuzzi, and we enjoyed meals out on the terrace every day, blessed with beautiful weather. Aaron was so kind and helpful—waiting up for us when we arrived late and helping with our bags. And thank you to Klaudia for checking in when we missed the last ferry from Brestova. (A tip for future guests: check ferry schedules in advance—we didn’t, and had to drive an extra 1.5 hours in the dark to Valbiska. Thankfully, we still made it across.) We came looking for rest and are leaving with full hearts. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful place. The cozy and very well-maintained house with a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful surroundings is a true gem! The peace, quiet, and proximity to nature allowed us to fully relax. The area is picturesque, and the walk to the nearby town with historic ruins was incredibly charming. The owners are very kind and helpful, taking care of every detail, which made the stay even more comfortable. Im großen und ganzen war es eine tolle und schöne Unterkunft, würde selber nochmal hinfahren.

Sehr schönes, luxuriös eingerichtetes Haus. Alles war perfekt und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Lediglich der Pool war etwas zu kalt. Das Gelände und Haus aber wirklich perfekt und genau wie auf den Fotos.

Die Villa Grgo ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen und entspricht der Beschreibung und Fotos. Die Lage ist ein wenig abseits, man erreicht mit dem Auto Supermärkte, Restaurants, Städte und Strände aber in kürzester Zeit. Die Ausstattung ist neu und gehoben. Pool wurde auch zur Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt, Whirlpool und Sauna haben wir auch regelmäßig genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch super, hilfreich und schnell. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir auch früher einchecken. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Istrien.

Die Villa war sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich trotz das wir aufgrund von Stau verspätet ankamen. Die Verständigung auf englisch hat ausgesprochen gut funktioniert. Rund um den Ort Hlapa gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und wunderschöne Buchten zum schwimmen die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Ein großer Supermarkt (Plodine) ist auch von der Villa aus mit dem Auto nur 11 min entfernt, echt spitze. Nochmals an die Gastgeber ein großes Dankeschön wir hatten alle einen großartigen Aufenthalt.

Pobyt w Villi Gina był znakomity! Po przyjeździe czekał na nas uroczy apartament z widokiem na morze, winko na stole oraz kawa. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona, jacuzzi działa bez zarzutu, w pokojach również znajdowały się wszystkie niezbędne dodatki. Apartament ma niezwykły klimat oraz wystrój. Chętnie odwiedziłaby ponownie! Gospodarz jest niezwykle miły i pomocny, zapewnia zawsze szybki kontakt. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, w odległości 10 minut spacerem znajduje się plaża, sklepy, miasto. Idealny wybór jeśli ktoś chce odpocząć w pięknym miejscu, polecam!

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer traumhaften Lage. Die Dachterasse mit Whirlpool ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Jasna ist super schnell und freundlich. Alles sehr gelungen😊👍

Liebe Valentina und Familie, wir haben uns sehr gefreut über unseren ersten Besuch in eurem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Wettertechnisch hatten wir zwar 3 Tage kein Glück, dennoch konnten wir den Whirlpool auch bei starkem Wind draußen gut nutzen. Das Haus ist perfekt für 5-6 Personen geeignet. Die Betten sind super bequem und mit den zwei Bädern und einer Gästetoilette vergebe ich die volle Punktzahl. Haben ja in Kroatien und der Toskana schon einige schöne Ferienhäuser gehabt aber das Haus von Valentinas Familie hat noch mal einen drauf gesetzt. Zum Strand sind es 30m. Man kann hier den Weg bis zur Brücke nach Vir bei Ebbe gut mit dem Hund laufen. Hier wird gerade einiges neu gebaut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Valentina war immer da um zu helfen bei Fragen. Somit haben wir nun einen neuen Benchmark was Familienurlaub mit Hund angeht. Wirklich top alles! Wir freuen uns schon auf den zweiten Besuch. Bárkinek bátran merem ajánlani, aki egy gyönyörű meghitt nyugalmas helyen szeretne megszállni. Boris nagyon kedves és barátságos volt ,körbevezetett minket, megmutatott mindent amire csak szükségünk lehet. Nagyon jól felszerelt a ház valamint a kerthelyiség is! Fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat az ottlétünk alatt, még biztosan visszatérünk :) !!!

Traum Unterkunft. Wenn man einfach mal abschalten möchte dann ist das Der perfekte Ort. Leider etwas anstregend zu erreichen aber die Unterkunft ist es trotzdem wert. Alles vorhanden. Tolle Ambiente und alles sehr unkompliziert und vorallem sehr sauber. Das ist pflege für die Seele und Körper

Darja's cabin is amazing! Very beautiful surroundings, we even saw multiple deer from the hottub! The cabin is so good, you basically just want to stay there all day :)

The Alpine house is a beautiful villa that was perfect for the two of us, the wood fired outdoor hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of exploring, hearing nothing but nature while sitting and relaxing in the hot tub made the experience that much more enjoyable. The sauna was an amazing addition to the villa. Very well equipped with everything we need for our stay, Tadej was friendly and a great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Location splendida, pulizia impeccabile. Vengono forniti accappatoi e molti asciugamani a persona. Zona esterna con griglia e frigo, la sauna e la jacuzi molto pulite e funzionali. Tutto come da descrizione, perfetto. Molto apprezzato l’aperitivo di benvenuto! 5 ⭐️

Esperienza stupenda! Immersi nel verde e avere le montagne intorno,un passaggio spettacolare. Le botti in legno sono posizionate in un camping,molto tranquillo. Quindi le condizioni sono quelle di un vero camping..bagno e doccia in comune con tutte le persone del camping. Comunque per chi ama la natura ma vuole avere le stesse comodità di casa e la struttura perfetta! Letto comodissimo,e gli spazi dentro più che sufficienti.atmosfera calda..e la jacuzzi fuori una chicca veramente..acqua calda e relax garantito! Per chi va in coppia è davvero speciale come esperienza.

Che dire…la baitina di Debora è un sogno a occhi aperti. Questo è un posto magico per una coppia che ama la natura, la montagna, lo sport ma anche tutti i comfort! Una casina piccina che non manca di nulla. Noi siamo andati a gennaio e la montagna ci ha regalato ogni tipo di panorama possibile, sole, nevicata, tramonto, alba…panorami splendidi da ogni parte in cui volgevi lo sguardo. Ma poi i proprietari meravigliosi, così accoglienti, disponibili e sorridenti! Fieri del posto meraviglioso che hanno costruito e sistemato. C’è cuore e tanto amore in questo posto! Ci hanno portato su in motoslitta e anche questa esperienza è stata magica. Grazie di tutto a Debora e suo padre!
