the house is just wonderful, everything is furnished for maximum comfort. The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

what a beautiful, cozy and intimate place. beautiful house, beautifully serenely furnished. Upon entering, the coolness fell into the house, the nice smell and the beauty immediately. We felt right at home. The house was beautifully clean and the kitchen had all the necessities (nice pans, good knives, very important😉). facilities such as jacuzzis and 2 bathrooms were very nice. Multiple air conditioning in the house. great communication with host, always a quick response. the house is in the center of Pazin, close to restaurants and shops, yet the peace and quiet is remarkable. also within walking distance of sights such as the Pazin cave and the old castle. a sweet welcome word from the owner with nice tips for restaurants that were definitely worth it! I have never eaten such delicious gnocci. thank you for this nice end to our tour and introduction to Istria.

The villa is beautiful and looks even better in person than in the pictures! There are all amenities that you need. The pool is heated and therefore always usable - in addition, the sea is right next door anyway. Host was super nice, proactive, and accommodating. They welcomed us warmly, showed us the whole house and supported us with tips. Overall, the villa was worth every penny!

This place is stunning and in a serene location. Having the private Sauna and Jacuzzi made for such a relaxing evening following long days of hiking. Gregor was friendly, clear and provided lots of local recommendations and instructions.

When we booked Klaudia’s place a few months ago, Cres was just a name on a map—but what we found was a hidden gem. Beli village is truly special: full of soul, history, and wild, untouched beauty. We hiked through ancient olive groves, swam in quiet coves, and watched griffon vultures soaring overhead. The nature here is unforgettable. The house was perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Our children loved the jacuzzi, and we enjoyed meals out on the terrace every day, blessed with beautiful weather. Aaron was so kind and helpful—waiting up for us when we arrived late and helping with our bags. And thank you to Klaudia for checking in when we missed the last ferry from Brestova. (A tip for future guests: check ferry schedules in advance—we didn’t, and had to drive an extra 1.5 hours in the dark to Valbiska. Thankfully, we still made it across.) We came looking for rest and are leaving with full hearts. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful place. The cozy and very well-maintained house with a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful surroundings is a true gem! The peace, quiet, and proximity to nature allowed us to fully relax. The area is picturesque, and the walk to the nearby town with historic ruins was incredibly charming. The owners are very kind and helpful, taking care of every detail, which made the stay even more comfortable. Very nice, luxuriously furnished house. Everything was perfect and the landlords were very friendly. Only the pool was a little too cold. The grounds and house but really perfect and just like in the photos.

I was overly satisfied with the host! Very nice lady. The accommodation was clean and matched the price. We were our entire family of seven and we all had private! Highly recommend and look forward to seeing you again!!! Just a place to stay!!!!😍😍

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten path, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches in no time by car. The amenities are new and upscale. Pool was also cleaned half of our stay, we also used hot tub and sauna regularly. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. Upon request, we were able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice stay in Istria.

The villa was very clean and maintained and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly despite the fact that we arrived late due to traffic jams. Communication in English worked out very well. Around the village of Hlapa there are very good restaurants and beautiful bays for swimming that can be easily reached by car. A large supermarket (Plodine) is also only 11 minutes away by car from the Villa by car, really great. Again to the hosts a big thank you we all had a great stay.

Staying at Villa Gina was excellent! When we arrived, we had a lovely apartment overlooking the sea, wine on the table, and coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped, the hot tub works perfectly, the rooms also had all the necessary extras. The apartment has an extraordinary atmosphere and decor. She would love to visit again! The host is incredibly kind and helpful, always providing quick contact. The location is fantastic, within a 10 minute walk there is the beach, shops, town. The perfect choice if someone wants to relax in a beautiful place, I recommend!

Wonderful house with perfect hosts. Great location

Dear Valentina and family, We were very happy about our first visit to your fantastic vacation home. Weather-wise we had no luck for 3 days, but we were still able to use the hot tub well outside even in strong winds. The house is perfect for 5-6 people. The beds are super comfortable and with the two bathrooms and a guest toilet I give the full score. We've had some nice vacation homes in Croatia and Tuscany, but Valentina's family's house has really set the bar. It's 30 meters to the beach. You can walk the path to the bridge to Vir at low tide with the dog. A lot is being rebuilt here right now. The house is very quiet and we felt super comfortable. Valentina was always there to help with any questions. So, we now have a new benchmark for family vacations with a dog. Really everything was great! We're looking forward to the second visit. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful cozy, tranquil place. Boris was very kind and friendly,showing us around, showing us everything we could possibly need. The house is very well-equipped as well as the garden! We had an amazing time during our stay, we will definitely be back :) !!!

Perfect stay , relaxing area

Darja's cabin is amazing! Very beautiful surroundings, we even saw multiple deer from the hottub! The cabin is so good, you basically just want to stay there all day :)

The Alpine house is a beautiful villa that was perfect for the two of us, the wood fired outdoor hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of exploring, hearing nothing but nature while sitting and relaxing in the hot tub made the experience that much more enjoyable. The sauna was an amazing addition to the villa. Very well equipped with everything we need for our stay, Tadej was friendly and a great host! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, impeccable cleanliness. Bathrobes and plenty of towels are provided per person. Outdoor area with grill and fridge, the sauna and jacuzzi are very clean and functional. Everything as described, perfect. The welcome aperitif is very much appreciated! 5 ⭐️

Amazing experience! Immersed in the greenery and having the mountains around,a spectacular passageway. The wooden barrels are located in a campsite, very quiet. So the conditions are those of a real campsite.. bathroom and shower shared with all the people of the campsite. Anyway, for those who love nature but want to have the same comforts of home and the perfect structure! Very comfortable bed,and the spaces inside are more than enough. Warm atmosphere..and the jacuzzi outside a really gem.. hot water and relaxation guaranteed! For couples, it's really special as an experience.

What can I say… Debora's cottage is a daydream. This is a magical place for a couple who love nature, the mountains, sports but also all the comforts! A small house that has everything. We went in January and the mountain gave us every kind of view possible, sun, snow, sunset, sunrise... splendid views from every direction you looked. But then the wonderful owners, so welcoming, helpful and smiling! Proud of the wonderful place they built and arranged. There is heart and a lot of love in this place! They took us up on a snowmobile and this experience was also magical. Thanks for everything to Debora and her father!
