I really enjoyed an extended stay (over a month) at the Coco Sunset Hills property being managed by Tropical Gardens. This staff is the happiest and friendliest ever. The property was all that is was advertised to be. Many different and beautiful pools to swim in on very well landscaped and maintained grounds. The property itself was wonderful (2 floor, 2 bedroom) with all modern conveniences, great A/C, room fans, and weekly cleaning services! I have told my friends about this place and will also be back.

We loved this Airbnb! It was the perfect end for our trip. Would definitely stay here for an entire trip! The beach close by, the terrace, the pools, and gated community were awesome and made our Costa Rica trip better. The host was great when we couldn’t find the office space to check in due to construction, but she came all the way out to the street to help us! Friendly staff!

It's a great place, the view from the balcony was beautiful and my family really enjoyed staying in the pool there. We also saw a family of cats in the vecinity and we enjoyed their company. Overall the place was great and we had a great time staying there.

Great apartment and location very close to the beach. The only issue was initially getting there, as one of the maps on Airbnb led us to the wrong block. Melvin was quick to answer the phone and help us out though. Highly recommend!

Excellent place and service

Genesis was super communicative and flexible at both check-in and check-out, cute house ideal for pets, private, and full of peace. The location is superb! About 20-25 min from many fantastic beaches, we had a great time! Thank you to Genesis and Joshua for being attentive to serve us.

Very nice place, had everything for comfortable accommodation, a space to share as a family and very close to beautiful beaches. The hosts are very friendly.

The condominium is nice and quiet, the house is very well equipped and the communication with the hosts was agile. The house was delivered to us until 6 pm and according to the airbnb info it was at 3 pm, I think they could have been better organized to meet the schedule. Leaving aside the backlog with the delivery everything went very well.

This condo is located on the 2nd floor above a garage for a big beach house. The check in is handled by the boutique hotel next door and the place comes with the same privileges as the hotel guests. The best feature is the privacy afforded by the secure access control. There is a large balcony where we spend a lot of time. It is located next to path directly to the ocean. You can walk anywhere you need. It is far enough from the main commercial district that it is very quiet. There are preserved nature areas across the street that have many birds and a troop of howler monkeys. The unit is very roomy and comfortable. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved Tamarindo!

The house was great and very clean, good location, awesome pool and BBQ area!.. Aileen was a great host, she always responded quickly and made sure we'd have everything we needed.. Highly recommend!

The views alone are a good enough reason to stay here, but the entire experience staying here was exceptional! We loved the pool, hammocks, views and the doggies who visited us in the morning. This was the perfect place to kickoff a beautiful trip with some friends

Eduardo’s place is nothing short of spectacular! His team was helpful in providing local recommendations although staying in the home would’ve been a great vacation by itself. The Resort community it’s in, is huge. Just getting outside the gate is a 15 minute drive. This makes for the town to be about 30 minutes away. We loved our stay, thank you!

Communication was easy as was check in. The pictures don't do the home justice, as the location and view can't be captured in a picture and will quickly go down as one of best vistas you've experienced. Additionally the home is immaculate; beyond clean and comfortable, with the beds and linens being top drawer and the rest of the furniture being comfortable and appearing virtually new. Great location; a 30 minute walk to downtown Coco/beach for those so inclined and two grocery stores at the bottom of the hill. Large flat screen smart tv so easy to use your Amazon/Netflix accounts to stream movies if so desired. Great/secure wifi with login. Outdoor living space is in abundance. Tiled pool is sizeable, clean, and refreshing with plenty of deck for sunning; while covered rancho provides the needed shade when you need a break from the ever present sun. We will be back...

We really enjoyed our stay. The local restaurant recommendations from the host were top notch! Check in went fairly smoothly despite arriving after hours due to traffic delays, but Angelica was accommodating and understanding. There's so much to do all within walking distance. We had the private pool to ourselves and enjoyed checking out the next door resort. Highly recommend this location!
