Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Mr Abdelkader pour ce merveilleux séjour. L’appartement était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil attentionné, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de mon hôte tout au long du séjour : il est toujours au RDV . C’était un vrai plaisir d’y séjourner, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage. Merci encore pour tout cher Abdelkader !

Mehdi's an awesome host, and a great person! Super friendly, always eager to help in any way that he can. However, I didn't need anything because everything was provided. The apartment is perfect. Really beautiful, everything works, lots of light and the balcony facing the sea is exceptional. The beach, which is peaceful, clean and serene, is about a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Easy to get to, and a great place to swim. Many great coffee shops and restaurants in all directions within 5 to 10 minutes from the apartment. You can walk to anywhere you would want to go. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thanks, Mehdi, and thanks to your wonderful father.

We spent four amazing days at Ons’s lovely apartment in Sousse. Ons is a truly kind and welcoming host, I felt like I gained a friend, not just rented a place. She was attentive from start to finish, promptly responding to messages and offering great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. She was also open to my suggestions about a couple of things in the apartment and addressed them immediately. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, the sitting area perfect for relaxing, and every appliance worked flawlessly. The location is ideal - walking distance to the beach, with cafés nearby and taxis readily available. The building felt very safe and secure. If there's one place to stay in Sousse, it's Ons’s apartment. Highly recommended. Thank you, Ons, for your wonderful hospitality. Hope to meet again!

Le propriétaire était très réactif. Nous avons réservé en dernière minute et malgré ça, il s’est tout de suite rendu disponible. Les instructions étaient claires et la communication très facile avec lui. Je recommande cet hébergement très propre avec un stationnement à l’entrée. Je te remercie infiniment et continue comme ça. notre séjour s'est super bien passé chez sana. l'appartement se situe dans une belle résidence ou les piscines sont propres et ouvertes jusqu'à 22h. les grandes piscines sont remplies avec de l'eau salée et c'est assez plaisant. l'appartement est équipé de toute commodité. merci à la sœur de sana qui a été très gentille avec nous et flexible sur l'heure de départ. nous reviendrons avec plaisir

My recent stay at Adel's Airbnb in Dar chaabane, Tunisia was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of local convenience stores to buy treats as well as fresh fruit and the Medina and local markets was a short drive away. Adel was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like having the plates set on the kitchen table with cutlery and even had a laptop for use which was very nice touch with great WiFi, I had my own but just incase. I also felt safe and appreciated all the cameras located around the apartment Adel even let me see how they worked which was nice. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Nabeul, Tunisia and would definitely stay here again myself!

Je recommande chaudement le logement de Nabil et de son papa Abbes 🙂 Il est situé en plein centre ville à côté du souk et de toutes commodités (Monoprix, Carrefour, Gare routière…) Le logement est fidèle au photo, propre et spacieux, c’est vraiment un lieu de vie très agréable. Nabil et Abbes ont été très gentils et disponibles durant tout le séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ☺️

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Maison très agréable dans l'ensemble avec sa piscine le plus de la maison. Dans un quartier calme. A 15 min à pied de la plage et des commerces. Même si vous avez des petites soucis sur le logement a votre arrivée, Khadija fera le nécessaire pour le régler et dès le lendemain matin se sera régler. Je conseille ce logement vous y passerez de belles vacances.

La villa a été plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes ! Personnellement , nous étions plusieurs membres d'une même famille à y séjourner , il y avait donc assez de couchages pour chacun , des chambres et pièces immenses . La cuisine équipée est très grande et magnifique . la piscine et le jardin très bien entretenu et surtout endroit paisible où il fait bon se reposer ; Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine en cette saison !!! Hamdouch a été d'une gentillesse et d'une aide précieuse ! Toujours à l'écoute et disponible !!! Nous espérons renouveler l'expérience dés que possible car nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire ! Les tunisiens sont d'une bienveillance et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle !!!

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Nous avons été tres bien accueilli du début à la fin, avec une communication et une réactivité au top. Le logement est impeccable, très bien situé avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Merci encore car nous étions en famille et nous avons pu passer d'excellents moments.

Séjour parfait, nous avons été accueilli par une très gentille famille qui était au petit soin pour chaque demande et très serviable. L'endroit est calme et sécurisé et la vue est très belle sur la mer depuis la grande terrasse. Tout était bien rangé et propre dans l'appartement. L'eau et l'électricité disponible H24. L'accès à la plage est facilité par un passage privé et ne prend que 5 minutes. Nous remercions encore le propriétaire et sa famille pour leur disponibilité.

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Très bon emplacement, dans un quartier calme et sécurisé ! À seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage, avec une belle vue sur mer. Des épiceries et restaurants à chaque coin de rue, ce qui est très pratique. Fereyl est une hôte très agréable et réactive ; la communication a été fluide du début à la fin. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, et rien ne manquait. Nous y avons séjourné en famille et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Un grand merci à Fereyl et à son père pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur bienveillance.

Rafik est une personne très gentille, accueillante et toujours disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 15 jours dans ce logement très bien équipé : four, micro-ondes, cafetière, machine à laver et même lave-vaisselle. De plus, il est idéalement situé à proximité de tous les commerces (boucheries, primeurs, supermarchés). Je recommande vivement ce logement les yeux fermés.
