The villa has everything to make the stay pleasant. It's located in a very quite neighborhood, minutes away from the beach and all amenities. The private pool and the backyard are perfect for relaxing and spending great family time. The hosting team also made a significant difference on our experience as they were always available to answer questions and requests before, during and after our stay while being extremely friendly and professional.

Un excellent séjour dans la Maison de l'Artiste ! L’accueil a été vraiment chaleureux, et la maison est très, très bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité. La seule petite remarque : l’adresse indiquée sur Airbnb n’était pas la bonne, mais Anis a su nous guider très facilement jusqu’à la maison. Merci encore pour tout !

Beautiful place decorated tastefully. Many options to sit outdoors in peaceful surroundings. Gardens are landscaped neatly and the kitchen is very functional. More than enough space for 4 adults and five kids. Just 2 mins. walk from the beach and a bunch of tea restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Nous avons retrouvé cette maison avec un très grand plaisir pour la deuxième année consécutive. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée, l’accueil est chaleureux, l’emplacement parfait. C’est l’endroit idéal pour un séjour en famille à Monastir.

Nous tenons à remercier Madame Mariem pour sa disponibilité et présence. La maison était bien propre, confortable avec ses équipements. Très proche de la zone touristique et toute commodité. Nous recommandons la maison.

Très bon emplacement très grande maison propreté impeccable Seul quelques petits travaux s’entretient sont à prévoir ( Clim, plomberie dans les salles de bain , lumière extérieur défectueuse, portail pour la voiture qui ne marche pas ) Mais sinon très bon séjour je pourrais louer la maison skander est très gentil 😊

The views were incredible from this home on the Mediterranean Sea! The accommodations were comfortable and clean and we had all that we needed. Would definitely love to return some day.

The swimming pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. The surrounding village was charming and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. Stunning home in a perfect location in the medina. Safe location , easy to walk everywhere. Taxis and luage station a 2 minute walk. We absolutely loved this traditional home. It looks like a museum with all the old beautiful traditional art. Great Wi-Fi , hot showers, clean home with many amazing little nooks to hang out and relax. Very quiet . We really enjoyed the tent !! One of the best features was the heating in the bedrooms. An absolute luxury in Africa . The local contact Sonja was a delight. Very friendly and always available to answer questions. The location is perfect for exploring all the main sights. Sonja gave us a big Tunisia welcome when we arrived. Amazing souk full of fresh local vegetables, meat, bread, fantastic cheese assortment just a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend. Thank you Maryse and Sonja !! We hope to return someday … ❤️

Mohamed war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, hat uns viele Tipps für gute Restaurants gegeben und auch, als der Strom einmal ausfiel, kümmerte er sich sofort und kam 30min mit einem Elektriker vorbei. Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Sie war sehr sauber und vom Aufbau der Hauses und der Zimmerverteilung perfekt für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern. Das Haus ist im minimalistischen Wohnstil gehalten ohne dabei kalt zu wirken. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Was allerdings negativ ist, was aber nichts mit dem Haus oder Mohamed zu tun hat, ist der Müll der sich rund um die Unterkunft und auch am Strand befindet. Tunesien hat wirklich schöne Orte doch leider liegt überall Dreck, Müll und Plastik herum. Das ist sehr schade und für uns sehr befremdlich gewesen. Aber wie gesagt, sobald man innerhalb des Grundstückes von Mohamed war, befand man sich in einer sauberen, ruhigen und sehr privaten Oase in der wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

Laluna is a nice gateway. The location is amazing where one can enjoy beautiful landscapes and watch nice sunsets and sunrises. The house is spacious and it is connected to a farm where we could harvest morning figs and have company of cute animals. The tradional pool is also nice. The only drawback is that there are many flies. Communication and check-in and check-out are very smooth! We loved the experience.
