Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation. Great location for visiting the area and its wonderful sites and monuments. Lovely village too. Swallowed town beach and small theater to see. The hosts were perfect, Peter remotely and on site his mother and Marlene his wife, kind. helpful and responsive

Effie’s place was an amazing airbnb experience! The place was as described, and Effie and her husband made sure they made our stay even more comfortable and easy, providing all we needed for our 2 year old son (cotbed with proper mattress, highchair etc).. The place was very close to the beach and also to Aígio which was great for everyday strolls and supplies; the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed (fully equipped kitchen- bathroom, good quality linen and towels, netflix etc) and nicely decorated. They were both great hosts and cared for our needs fully and went the extra mile even when we decided to extend our stay in order to provide us what we needed. Effie was very quick to respond in our communication and even though we booked the place last minute she organised everything very quickly; excellent host- superhost. I would definitely recommend Effie’s place for a very pleasant and easy going stay.

It was all great. The room was comfortable, fully equipped, and spotless. The kitchen was organized with all the necessary utensils to cook. Very friendly and kind hosts who welcomed us with a smile and felt like home. Highly recommend!! We would definitely go back when we visit Ancient Epidaurus again.

It was a wonderful vacation. Mr. Spyros and his family were very kind. The house was very comfortable. The beach in front of the house was very nice and the sea was very clean. I recommend the place to everyone for a quiet vacation.

It was all great and better than we expected. There was very beautiful decor with attention to every detail. Comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, full kitchen, welcome basket, 2 smart remote, cozy living room with high performance fireplace, good soundproofing space. We loved this Airbnb - from the couch looking out it was as if we were floating on the water! A bit out of city centre but that was really nice too. The waves lull you to sleep and it has everything you need to relax and enjoy Patras. We had only one issue and Nikolaos responded IMMEDIATELY. It was solved right away and our stay was even better! There was a VERY helpful guidebook left on the table - we really appreciated it and used it a few times.

This villa is the house of the dream. It ‘s very spacious. There are lots of rooms enough for 8 people and above. The Kitchen is very well equipped to very high standards. Everything is in working order. All bedrooms are large and nicely designed with TV screen in each of them. All bathrooms are spotlessly clean . I can definitely recommend this villa to everyone who wants to spent some time close by the sea ,just 2 min by car , and live in l such a luxury villa . Vasilis is the best!

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and free parking. It's a lot better than what it looks like in pictures. Plus it's dog friendly.

The place was great! Μιχάλης and his Father Stephano were extremely helpful with all of our needs. Anything that we asked (something that needed fixing or if we needed anything) - a solution was found. The setting itself is beautiful, going in August it was very cool and pleasant at night. In this town (like many in the area) the local population mostly does not speak english, so have your google translate ready to go. There is a small bed and breakfast type hotel that is on the property as well (run by the same family), there is still a feeling of privacy and there were no issues at all We were a group of 9 total and were very comfortable. We had 2 babies and there are a few places that are not fenced off (over a small cliff), we knew this in advance and we were able to keep an eye on the babies during the stay. The location is great for anyone who wants to explore Peloponnese We were very happy and would definitely stay there again!

mr. Yannis friendly and informative. She offered us snacks and plenty of wood for the fireplace. The village is very quiet. There was a playground and a cafe in the square open and on weekdays, walking distance from the house. The house was super clean, convenient, comfortable, with a fully updated kitchen, heating ,air conditioning ,hot water, large beds and a private yard. The kids loved their beds. We loved the fireplace.

What a dream little house! Spectacular views, adorable reactive hosts and a beautiful minimalist modernist atmosphere. It is a short walk to the most amazing little bay with turquoise waters. Magic……. The host went out of her way to make an amazing birthday cake for our daughter and decorate the house for the party, adorable.
