Cottage house in olive grove

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.

The house is an ideal heaven for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature. Make your vacation special and renew yourselves while using the house as a base to enjoy the nightlife of Nafplio, the nearby beaches and historical sites. It is a 175m2 house that consists of 3 levels and has four bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen, and it can easily accommodate up to 8 people.

Surrounded by olive trees, a few dozen meters from the provincial road that leads to three minutes from Akrata beach in the community of Ampelos you will find our accommodation. It is a two-storey house with an internal staircase and a large garden which is adorned with a wonderful swimming pool. From our house you have an unobstructed view of the Corinthian Gulf, but also of the mountains of Achaia!

Ampelos Estate - The Studio

**Please note that the Studio is part of Ampelos Estate that also includes the Villa (listed seperately) that sleeps 6 and is a seperate building a few meters away from the Studio. The houses are autonomous and independent but share all outdoor areas. There are separate terraces for each house at a distance from each other, all with wonderful views of the Corinthian Gulf.***

Country Stone House with big wood stove restored at 2014. Offers a big private courtyard with stone firewood oven and a barbecue. Check out the cellar where old rural tools and a barrel with the famous local 'agiorgitiko' red wine are kept.
