Calypso Light Haus has Amazing Views in WindMark!

Enjoy this spacious serene setting ! Like the FB page by searching for Calypso Light Haus. (There are more pictures there including “albums” with each of the 3 floors with furnishings & the opportunity to contact us with questions.) We fell in love with this newer (2016) custom-built estate when trying to decide if we wanted to be in the mts. or by the ocean. This combines both the gorgeous views experienced when in a chalet amidst pine trees & water views with Cape San Blas in the distance.

This great 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the desirable Howard Creek community offers very affordable fishing and beach accommadations for 4 to 6 guests. It's a well known year-round fishing destination in Gulf County, Florida. There is a free, public landing, just two blocks from this property. Port St. Joe is only 17 miles (and 2 left turns) from this convenient location. It's pet friendly with a fenced in yard! The main screened in porch is LARGE with a door that opens into the fenced yard.

Step back in time and disconnect on this private, .25 acre fenced in lot, directly across from Fisherman's Landing in the secluded Howard Creek Community. Has 2 full hook up sites and both have 30 and 50 amp service. Come alone or bring a friend with their RV. Cell phone service is very spotty and there's no WiFi. But walk across the street to the upper landing store and they might allow you to access their WiFi. Take a short walk or drive down the road and there's good Verizon service.

The Hummingbird

The perfect retreat. This 2 separate bedroom RV has all of the simple luxuries needed. Located close to everything. 1000 feet from the intercoastal boat ramp do not even need to get on the highway. Small semi private lake with access but mainly for the view of the water. 6 miles to Mexico Beach or St Joe Beach. 20 minutes to the Dead Lakes. 30 miles to Panama City. My family and I had a wonderful stay. We usually go to Destin on vacation but wanted to go somewhere where it was less busy and more private. This was exactly what we were looking for. The view from the decks was amazing. The town was very quaint and family oriented. Brittney was always great and easy to get in contact with. Will definitely stay again!

Coastal Luxury, Pool Heated Nov-Mar, Beach Toys!

This was the best beach house for a family trip! The location was very peaceful and close to two entrances to the beach. We preferred to drive 6 minutes through the neighborhood to get to the Windmark entrance. It had walking trails, the village pool, a few restaurants, and a boardwalk right in the neighborhood. The area was very well kept and private, but the beach resembles more of a lake because of the bay location. Definitely check out Cape San Blas for more beach vibes! House wise, there was plenty of space for a group of 8 and we loved the dining table where we could easily fit everyone! Be mindful that there are only two bathrooms. The linens, rooms, and bathrooms were decently clean, but not completely spotless. But, the dishwasher, washer, and dryer were a huge plus! Another great bonus were the beach toys and gear in the garage. We could have rented the gear, but honestly, everything we needed was already in the garage. Overall, a great choice for Port St. Joe!

Windmark Beach Phase1, Gated, Boat Parking, Views!

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our large family. We had the best time with the games, walks to the beach, night crabbing, going to the pool, and shell hunting with all the kids. It was a Mother's Day weekend we will always cherish our memories. The kids loved playing in the sand around the large lot. We will be back and hope to stay longer next time. Everyone had a blast. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house.

Beautiful property in a quiet area. The development has a cute little Main street area with some very nice restaurants, great walking trail, a beautiful large pool, and numerous access points to the beach. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Great location if you want to get away from the crowds but still have access to amenities.

The open concept living area features high ceilings and large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. A comfortable sectional sofa is positioned around a round coffee table. A decorative fireplace is visible beneath a mounted television, and an anchor motif adds a coastal touch.

Heated Pool for Winter, 300 Yards to the Beach!

My family enjoyed ourselves at Port St Joe. We were in a very clean, safe, private location. It was better than pictures. Perfect for the beach and great pool for the kids. I gave this house a five star review and would like to come back. The only thing I wish I had known was a rent a golf cart. Will do so next year.

Stayed with 3 friends and it was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Love sitting out on the porch and seeing the ocean. The walk to the beach was easy and loved having our beach equipment at the house when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again.
