This was the perfect family getaway with our grown children, and grandson. The house was amazing, and had even better views. We only left for the pool and the beach. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The added golf cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, and pool toys were a great addition. We will definitely be visiting again. The community was perfect. Our girls and grandson loved being able to spend time together, but still have their privacy. Spacious, very clean, and the hosts were awesome with communicating. Definitely a true Gem of a find on Florida’s forgotten coast.

We had a really good time. We didn’t know the river was flooded so that was kind of a bummer. We only caught two fish. We saw an alligator and we went to the beach in Saint Joe with our little dog on Tuesday. She had a blast. I loved the place except the back bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable master bedroom was awesome. Everything you need for a little getaway Renée was very nice. We had one little problem the day we were leaving, but she responded and we got it fixed quickly.😄

Our family vacation to Port St. Joe was wonderful. Coastal Joy was the perfect place for our group of 8 (3 couples, 2 children). Being so convenient to the pool and beach was fantastic! We cooked all but 2 nights, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the beach closet well stocked, and the area was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely would stay here again!

Sandy Paws-Beach/Bay Access/Pet Friendly/Golf Cart

Sandy Paws is a big, uniquely lovely home in a very natural & wild but welcoming part of Florida. Andy & Travis have done an amazing job setting up the place to make guests feel comfortable & at home, including pets, which we deeply appreciate! (But if it weren't for conveniences like pet bowls & beds etc we wouldn't have known, as it was very clean.) The beds were nice & comfy while the kitchen has a great assortment of utensils, dishes & assorted things you tend to need on vacation. The decks & screened porch were big hits, plus many conveniences like bikes, outdoor shower & golf cart. It's even more spacious than the pictures suggest, with a fun game room & DS mini fridge, big Jacuzzi tub & peaceful, private location just a short walk/drive from the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, sunny, full of shells & not crowded, though we visited in the off season. TH Stone & local food+shops were excellent as well! We had a blast & can't recommend Sandy Paws & its hosts strongly enough.

Andrew was very responsive, kind, and helpful before, during and after our stay. The location and condo was as described. It was spacious, comfy, homey, and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was private and beautiful despite the hurricane disruption. We would love to return in warmer season. November getaway.

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week in a meticulously and thoughtfully planned vacation home with a very private beach. Thanks to Nall’s instructions and suggestions, we enjoyed the best family quality time over the holiday. Plenty of room, comfortable and beautifully decorated home, easy and quick access to the beach where we enjoyed nightly campfires. Lovely family location.

The location of the house was perfect for our family. It was only 5 minute walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy. The neighborhood is very kid friendly. The host is very responsive, we had two bikes that only worked and she went out of her way to have some deliver.

Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We usually go to Destin on vacation but wanted to go somewhere where it was less busy and more private. This was exactly what we were looking for. The view from the decks was amazing. The town was very quaint and family oriented. Brittney was always great and easy to get in contact with. Will definitely stay again!

The place was great for my family. It was very clean and roomy. Brittany did a great job corresponding answering all the questions we had. The only issue we ran into was there were no trash bags. But the dollar store was a short distance and the issue was easily resolved. Would definitely book through Brittany again.

Our stay at Finn's on the Cape was wonderful. The townhome is very clean and well maintained. The community is lovely with great amenities and close access to the beach. There is a club house with restrooms at the beach access that we found very convenient. We loved the location because we were on the gulf but so close to the state park that we easily went fishing in the bay multiple times there. The beds were clean and comfortable and the water pressure for showering was great.

Beautiful location! It’s hard to find a nice dog friendly location at the beach but this property was perfect! Close to the beach and the entire community was dog friendly. The property was also stocked with everything we needed and labeled so items were easy to find. 10/10 we would love to stay here again!

Sandy Toes is a great house !! 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms were perfect for our 3 night stay. The house was well stocked with pots/pans/bowls/utensils. Everything was very clean and ready to use. The walk to the public beach area was easy for us with 2 year old and 4 month old. There is a nice sandy beach -- Windmark Beach is on the bay and the water is not as clear as gulf beach water. From the house, Port St Joe is about 5 miles to the east and Mexico Beach is about 8-10 miles to the west. The pool at Windmark is nice and big. There is plenty of parking around the pool. Definitely bring regular towels and beach towels along with salt/pepper/cooking spices. Brittany was great to work with on our booking and during our stay!!!

The living room features a cozy seating area with a dark gray couch and two vibrant orange chairs. A colorful area rug adds warmth to the space. Natural light streams in through large windows, highlighting artwork on the walls and a coffee table placed at the center.

Coastal Luxury, Pool Heated Nov-Mar, Beach Toys!

This was the best beach house for a family trip! The location was very peaceful and close to two entrances to the beach. We preferred to drive 6 minutes through the neighborhood to get to the Windmark entrance. It had walking trails, the village pool, a few restaurants, and a boardwalk right in the neighborhood. The area was very well kept and private, but the beach resembles more of a lake because of the bay location. Definitely check out Cape San Blas for more beach vibes! House wise, there was plenty of space for a group of 8 and we loved the dining table where we could easily fit everyone! Be mindful that there are only two bathrooms. The linens, rooms, and bathrooms were decently clean, but not completely spotless. But, the dishwasher, washer, and dryer were a huge plus! Another great bonus were the beach toys and gear in the garage. We could have rented the gear, but honestly, everything we needed was already in the garage. Overall, a great choice for Port St. Joe!

Beautiful property in a quiet area. The development has a cute little Main street area with some very nice restaurants, great walking trail, a beautiful large pool, and numerous access points to the beach. Everything was very clean and well-kept. Great location if you want to get away from the crowds but still have access to amenities.

The open concept living area features high ceilings and large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. A comfortable sectional sofa is positioned around a round coffee table. A decorative fireplace is visible beneath a mounted television, and an anchor motif adds a coastal touch.

My family enjoyed ourselves at Port St Joe. We were in a very clean, safe, private location. It was better than pictures. Perfect for the beach and great pool for the kids. I gave this house a five star review and would like to come back. The only thing I wish I had known was a rent a golf cart. Will do so next year.

Windmark Beach Phase1, Gated, Boat Parking, Views!

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our large family. We had the best time with the games, walks to the beach, night crabbing, going to the pool, and shell hunting with all the kids. It was a Mother's Day weekend we will always cherish our memories. The kids loved playing in the sand around the large lot. We will be back and hope to stay longer next time. Everyone had a blast. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house.
