The cottage is placed in first row to the sea, with outstanding view to the beautiful Grønsund, close to the idyllic municipality Stubbekøbing. Cosy and closed well maintained garden with sheltered spots and two terraces. (Please be aware: The hedge around the garden has been felled in January 2025, and new hedge plants have been planted. This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).
