I was extremely delighted and satisfied with the house. In addition to everything being very beautiful and clean, Lucas is an extraordinary host. He did everything to make us comfortable. We left wanting to come back and enjoy the space more.

It was a great pleasure to stay on the Tania Maria site for a weekend. We came to produce an event in Viçosa and enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy in the forest area. As a large group (12 people) the house met all our needs and offered a cozy space. Large pool, nice garden and many spacious rooms. Tania also helped with the transportation/van to our group between downtown and the place so we can produce our event smoothly. We thank you very much for your help and kindness during our stay. Would highly recommend!

The place is fantastic, very good for welcoming friends. The barbecue area with pool is huge and still has pool. It was very comfortable to stay both for those staying at the house and for our friends who went to spend the day with us. We were very welcome by the caretaker, Carlinhos, and his wife who showed us around the house and where everything was. It was a bit difficult to find the place, but with the caretaker's phone to assist us this issue was easily resolved. The only problem is that there is no cell phone (only live chip on conventional cell phone, smartphone from time to time you get a signal). However, Carlinhos lent us his phone when we needed it. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay, it accommodated my whole family well, very spacious house, great location, quiet neighborhood, we went to my brother's graduation and we were all together in the same house, it was great. Not to mention that José and his wife are excellent people, servants of the Lord. We felt at home! José and his wife are always available for any questions! I highly recommend it!! The stay was great, the place has two separate leisure areas available, one with a pool and barbecue area, the other with barbecue, TV, board games, pool, etc. For having the two areas well completed, we enjoyed the weekend a lot. The rooms correspond with the photos and was very comfortable. Although Paulo lives on the property, we had a lot of privacy. Paulo and his wife are very friendly and gave market and party indications they were having in the city. Our group felt welcomed and at home, we definitely recommend booking with Paulo!

I was very well received by Kézia and her mother. The apartment is extremely clean and has a wonderful decor, exactly as shown in the photos. Extremely pleasant atmosphere. We felt at home and recommend it!

Location in the central square with plenty of services around. New apartment with easy access, all new utensils allowing a good stay. Special thanks to Thays for the quick responses and the flexibility of check-in and check-out. Overall, it's a good option for hosting in Viçosa.

Nayara's house is amazing and is better than what the pictures already show to be. Espaçosa, very clean, organized and very well equipped. Nayara was very attentive to us and made us very comfortable. Bathrooms, kitchen, rooms and terrace, all very well thought out. Congratulations on your kindness and everything you host, Nayara.
