House vacation rentals in Guinobatan

First time booking a place for our group and I must say that this is a good place for having our reunion. The host is responsive and quick to answer queries. The place is not that far as you can even commute to reach it. The place was clean, and has utensils, fridge, water dispenser and even lots of tissue for all of us. The pool was also clean. You can even sing your heart out because you can do videoke. All we needed was there. I love their rooms and bathrooms. they have a heater and rooms are clean enough pillows and blankets. They also have wifi! overall, 10/10 would stay at Kakushi Private Villa again. thank you for letting us stay in your place 😊

Great place to stay with a nice view of the volcano. The host was very helpful and attentive, She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Ac and WiFi worked as it should. Pool was clean and cool. I will return on a future trip.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and well-equipped—complete toiletries, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, and powerful air conditioning made everything comfortable. The kitchen and dining equipment were new and spotless, and we especially enjoyed the karaoke room for some fun downtime. The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking overlooking view of Mayon—absolutely stunning! There were minor issues with the Wi-Fi at first, but the Ms. LA and Kuya Hector were quick to respond and assist, which we truly appreciated. Just a heads-up: there aren’t nearby stores within walking distance, but a quick 3–5 minute drive will take you to the supermarket and Unitop for essentials. Overall, we had a lovely experience and will definitely book again!

Sir Dennis' place feels very homey and comfortable. Very probinsya feels, presko at masarap sa mata kasi madaming plants ❤️ Actually, it's been a long time since nagkita kita kami ng friends namin kasi we live in different places now so we decided to join the 2025 CamSur marathon three months ago since we all started running na and of course, to reconnect with each other na din. We found Baloy ni Enyo and immediately fell in love with the homey vibes of the place. Sir Dennis is very kind and responsive din sa aming inquiries. Top 1 na kinonsider namin when looking for a place is dapat pet-friendly kasi palagi namin kasama ng husband ko ang aming one and only unico hijo dog 😄 kaya perfect ang Baloy ni Enyo if you want to stay somewhere else but wants to feel at home parin. Very accommodating din ang house caretaker, Tya Mhe. Thank you so much, sir Dennis! Will surely consider booking your house again if ever we find ourselves visiting CamSur again in the future.

The villa was perfectly located for whale shark snorkeling—just minutes away. It was cozy, and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging all our activities for us. The only downside was the noisy chickens waking us up early in the morning. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

We had a great time staying at Ma'am Hazel's place. She was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend her place so you can also enjoy your stay and have a great experience.

An absolutely beautiful space. Shermyn took the time to provide us with house shoes, a small hygiene care package, and drinking water so we didn’t have to go out and get it ourselves. Stairs are a little steep, but easily navigated if you’re not rushing. One of the bedrooms boasted a BEAUTIFUL unobstructed view of Mayon Volcano! Strong AC, and a well appointed kitchen if you prefer to cook instead of going out for food. Safe to walk around the neighborhood as well - my husband ventured out around 9pm as well as the morning and felt completely safe, and were even greeted by some very kind neighbors in the area. One thing to note - seeing as this is the tropics, be sure to wash any cups/dishes that may attract any unwelcome “visitors” inside. Thanks so much for the hospitality Shermyn! ❤️❤️
