House vacation rentals in Guimaras

So happy that we were able to find this place! Our stay was nothing short of amazing! This is the best example of home away from home! Very clean and maintained with a lot amenities. Our host, Ms. Ara, was so accommodating and generous to give us free coffee, rice, eggs. +++ she prepared and shared some beautifully plated snacks for our group upon arriving the accommodation on our first day, after our tour, and breakfast before we left!!! We really appreciate Ms. Ara's kindness and we're glad to choose this place us our home in Ilo-Ilo. Highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future!

Thank you Anna and tita Emily for hospitality and making our family comfortable like we are at our home. For us Residancia 50 is great find and we thought we got a lot more than what we paid for. Also we could communicate and ask every question we wanted to know, host's responsiveness is par with quality of the accommodation.

It was almost like vacationing with relatives since it was very homey. Beds were spacious and comfortable and extra beds were provided when we requested. Place feels new, no strange odors and very clean. There was even stocks in the fridge and pantry (for sale) based on honesty principles at supermarket prices. Water was provided and water pressure was great. A very worthwhile place to stay. with friends (like us) or families. Thank you Mai and everyone! Sa uulitin!

Had a nice stay here. Beautifully designed interior. It’s about 15 minutes grab ride from a local mall, vista mall. The host was outstanding in terms of little additional amenities and care. I was surprised by this, as many hosts neglecting this. There are some games and books to peruse. The host was also attentive and responsive. There is a large kitchen for cooking with lots of equipment and things you might need. The WiFi was good enough for Netflix, YouTube, and general browsing. It didn’t work well enough for my video calls and multimedia uploads (I work from home) but it sounds like the host may upgrade it in the future. Overall 5 stars, I would recommend it, and appreciate the experience.

Stayed here cause we attended a wedding. Very nice place. Easy to find and theres a 7/11 downstairs. Highly recommended! Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We will definitely come back again!

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

Hosts are very responsive and provides recommendations proactively.
