Vacation rentals with a pool in Guimaras Island

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

The host is very nice person. I really enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommend there to everyone.

Can’t really explain the beauty of this home because you need to experience it yourself. Breath taking views, fresh air, a SUNRISE and SUNSET area. Honestly still at an awe with the all the (many) views of this home. Turn your cellphones off after you make your obligatory post and RELAX! All rooms had personal bathroom and AC. I woke up early morning and it felt better sleeping on the porch waiting for the sunrise lol. My wife likes to sleep with the AC on freeze. The host and the caretaker gave us a warm welcome and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home on your vacation in the Philippines!

We are pleased that our stay in Jennifer's place is comfortable. Easy access to Jollibee and coffee shop- walking distance and my adult kids loved it. Washing machine is a bonus for us as we could do our laundry after a sweaty day outside. Comfortable bed to sleep after a tiring day. Shower in main bedroom needs to be checked to make it functional, as we use mini pail "tabo" to shower for the whole period of our stay. Overall rating- great.

Booked the entire week for my Iloilo trip. Place is at the city - very accessible to a lot of areas. Please is neat and tidy. It is big, more than enough for two people. House has a complete kitchen, good internet, a balcony. a washer where you can wash your clothes too which is good for when you want to pack light. There are two bathrooms - one in sala and one in the room. Heater is available on both bathrooms. TV where you can watch yt, netflix, prime, etc. Overall it was a great stay! will definitely book again as I go to iloilo yearly.

The unit was absolutely beautiful—exactly like the photos, if not better! Everything was clean, well-designed, and felt brand new. For the price, it was super sulit—great value for the quality and location. The space was cozy, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Froilan's unit is designed so that all you need to bring are your clothes and personal effects, you will feel right at home once you walk in. The unit is spotlessly clean, and there is attention to detail from the quality of the towels/linen to everything you need in a kitchen. The area is within the Megaworld development so walkable to the mall, transport and food outlets. I highly recommend a stay at his unit.

We stayed for 11 nights. Overall it was an excellent experience. Read the other reviews - they are 100% accurate. Highly recommend. Edgar was an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and detail oriented. He has really taken the time to think everything through in terms of what guests require. Condo has everything you need, is very functional. Very clean and in very good condition. There are a lot of devices and remote controls in the unit, which on the first day was a bit overwhelming, but it all proved to be very useful. Alexa was a hoot. Huge TV. Washing machine worked perfectly. Towels and sheets were very comfortable. Lots of hangers (extremely important for long stays). Contrary to negative reviews we had read about the building's staff, we were treated very well by every single one of them. Check-in was a breeze. Location is perfect.

We had a great stay at this place in Iloilo! Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the hosts were very accommodating from the start. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and they were kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The location is very convenient, right in the city and close to everything we needed. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and convenience stores, which made our stay even more comfortable. The unit itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. It felt like a cozy home base during our trip. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to talk to. They answered all our questions and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Iloilo!

The place is nearby restos and SM walkable sya if masipag ka Pero kung my ksma kng senior like us, mag taxi or grab mura lng naman ksi super lapit. super legit naman laht ng nkalista is same sa personal. and very approachable si host ksi ang bilis nya mag reply.. super enjoy namin ung stay for 4 days 3nights. good for 3px lng tlaga sya. super bait dn ng mga guards sa baba. thank you mam, will book again soon!!
