Apartment vacation rentals in Guilford County

Visited the area doing college visits for my granddaughter. Very nice condo. The beds were very comfortable & the place was as advertised and pictured. Vicki gave nice restaurant recommendations & she was very responsive & accommodating! I will definitely be back if I’m in the area again.

Apartment was in exact condition as photos, very clean, very nice space!! We didn’t arrive until around 10pm but the host was accommodating to a late check in. Cute, safe, family friendly neighborhood. Fast food and gas stations just outside the neighborhood. Better value than the hotels we were looking at in Greensboro and only took about 15-20 minutes to get to downtown! Would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything! 😊

Absolutely loved the view, beyond peaceful, very comfortable home, host was quick to respond and flexible. I will for sure re book if in the area again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was great, private but not secluded. Host was super responsive, we even decided to extend our trip and he was super helpful and responsive when it came to that! Beautiful place, loved it!

Nice little studio in high point, close to the highway so convenient for getting around. This is a pet friendly studio but definitely recommend having a smaller pet as the place is pretty small. My 60lb lab was a little big I feel for the studio.

I chose this place because it was close to the Greensboro Coliseum. Great location!

By far my favorite airB&B yet!! The location is unbeatable and just the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature and a view! 100% suggest you put this at the top of your list. Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

Fast and easy check in - Josh is super friendly and flexible....could not say more about that....he was very accommodating! Thank you for helping us with our last minute snafu by adding a guest <3

This place looks exactly like the pics. I typically stay in houses when using airbnb but my first apartment/complex experience wasn’t bad at all. I loved that I didn’t have to fight for parking at all with it being assigned.

Justin was very responsive and friendly. We were delayed getting in due to our flight but check in was still a breeze. He was very accommodating and helpful.

It was a perfect spot to lay my head for my trip to High Point furniture market . It did not have a kitchen but had a microwave coffee pot and mini fridge to meet all my needs ( I ate out mostly) . I’d come back again. Wonderful hosts!

This was a great little apartment located very close to downtown Winston Salem with many great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. John was very easy to communicate with and very flexible when we asked to leave our car at the house for just a bit after check-out to walk downtown for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if i go back to W-S.

Nice, clean, spacious Airbnb with ample natural light and a modern but friendly aesthetic. I found the bed and bedding to be very comfortable. Rules & procedures were reasonable and clear. Hosts were kind and communicative. Would stay here again if I return to Winston-Salem!

We loved loved loved our stay. I was impressed with the kitchen. Nice pans, with decent seasonings we were able to make an easter dinner no problem. The couch was large and inviting. The house was perfect for our stay. One could easily walk to downtown and the bars nearby but still had quiet privacy. 11/10 recommend

This studio apartment suited our needs perfectly. It had all of the amenities we needed and was in a nice neighborhood just minutes away from the Elon University campus. Access was simple and flexible and Maureen was a great host!

Nancy's place was perfect for our stay! We are familiar with the area and were aware of the city nature, but Nancy took the time to fully describe the area. She provided clear instructions, a lovely welcome basket and greeted us as we arrived. Overall, a very comfortable stay for our family of 4 adults.
