Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gueliz, Marrakesh

The Riad was close (5 min walk) to all the souks and the main square, yet it was quiet and totally serene. Abdel was very helpful with local recommendations and even offered to get some medicine when my wife had a stomach ache. Rachida made breakfast for us each morning and cleaned around the Riad. She was great and breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this Riad!!

What an amazing stay we had at Jean-Marc and Nathalie! From the booking where there were extremely responsive, helped with the planning answering any questions we had before the actual trip. They also arranged our picking up from the airport. When we arrived in the Medina, Mohamed welcomed us and walked us to the Riad, very helpful. We then discussed what we wanted to do during the week and arranged us with everything we needed/wanted from transfer to visit places to longer excursions that were always well planned and paired up with Hocin, our amazing driver for most our trips !!!! Mohamed was always responsive when needed, very flexible and attentive to all our needs! And most of all, he was absolutely amazing with our kids!!!!! We also want to highlight how great Fatima was with preparing amazing breakfasts and delicious meals but was also very attentive and helpful and also great with the kids!!!! To sum it up, best stess free trip we had in a long time!!!! Thank you!!!!

Un joyaux caché dans la médina de Marrakech ! Nous avons séjourné entre filles dans ce magnifique Riad. Nous avons reçu un accueil merveilleux par le personnel. Ils étaient d’une gentillesse incroyable tout en étant très discret. Le logement est sublime ! Le linge de lit sentait bon, tout était propre et bien organisé. La terrasse tout en haut en un havre de paix qui a une vue imprenable. Nous avons été conquises par ce lieux !

Wonderful home, centrally located and beautifully decorated. I felt so at ease at Paola’s place and was grateful to have our own private oasis to escape the chaos of the Medina. Special thanks to Brahim for helping us check in and out seamlessly, including a very early morning departure. Can’t recommend enough!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad à Marrakech ! Le lieu est fidèle aux photos, très propre et joliment décoré. Un grand merci à Fatima et Simo qui ont été adorables, très accueillants et toujours disponibles pour aider – leur gentillesse a vraiment fait la différence ! À noter que la propriétaire Karine n’était pas présente sur place, donc aucun contact direct avec elle. Petit bémol : les services supplémentaires proposés (comme les transferts ou repas) sont nettement plus chers que les tarifs habituels à Marrakech, donc à prendre en compte. Autre point important : le riad s’étend sur 3 étages, ce qui peut être fatigant pour certaines personnes. En résumé, un très beau riad, parfait pour découvrir la médina dans de bonnes conditions !

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, voir mieux en vrai. C’est très beaux, agréable et cozy. Cette maison a énormément de charme. On s’est senti dépaysé mes Amis et moi. J’y ai fêté mon anniversaire, on y a passé des moments inoubliables. Vraiment un grand merci à Fatiha, qui a été exceptionnel tout le long de notre séjour et d’une grande gentillesse. Une communication super fluide, d’une très grande aide et de très bons conseils. Elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit réussi. Et tout ça uniquement par écrit. Exceptionnel. Encore Merci, car mon tout premier séjour à Marrakech a été un franc succès. Je recommande !

Hem estat molt a gust a l’allotjament de la Henrianne, la comunicació amb ella també ha anat molt bé. La casa és molt maca i té totes les facilitats. Una menció especial per l’Aisha que ens ha cuidat molt bé, ens ha fet uns esmorzars i sopars molt bons i complerts i recomano a tothom que demani els seus serveis!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, le Riad est magnifique, les chambres et les lits sont très confortables et le personnel est très attentionné. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et les plats préparés par Ania, Khadija et Keltoum étaient absolument délicieux, la meilleure cuisine que nous ayons goûté au Maroc. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci.

Nous avons séjourner dans ce magnifique appartement avec mon mari et mes enfants et tout était parfait . L’appartement es même mieux en vrai qu’en photo l’accès direct à la piscine es un grand plus le jardin es propre très bien entretenu comme l’appartement en lui même vous avez un parking à disposition aussi . Pour parler de l’hôte je repasserais sans réfléchir par lui pour son accueil son service sa réactivité ainsi que sa gentillesse. Ils nous ont fait aimé Marrakech de nouveaux . Allez y réserver les yeux fermé vous ne serais pas déçu !! À très vite

Une hote parfaite, un logement incroyable , avec un jardin super agréable et piscine à proximité ttes calme. Logement que je recommande vraiment avec tt le confort nécessaire.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans ce logement. Il était très propre, calme et conforme à la description. L’accès est facile, mais il est préférable d’être véhiculé pour profiter pleinement de la région. Petite remarque pour les séjours plus longs : la télévision ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage. Cela n’a pas été un problème pour nous, mais cela pourrait en gêner certains. Nous recommandons malgré tout ce logement sans hésiter personnellement je reviendrai ! Merci Sam

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay! Salome was such a kind and generous host, making sure our time in Marrakech went smoothly. The Airbnb was in amazing condition and felt like our own little getaway. We will be recommending this place to our friends

Excelent relatively modern apartment close to stores, restaurants and bars in Gueliz and 5m-10min taxi ride to the medina. Located in a quite street in front of a large park provides for quit environment. Very spacious with open living room, dinning room and small kitchen all together. Kitchen small but well equiped and adequate.

Get yourself a stay like this! Our experience at this riad in Marrakech was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, not only by our incredible driver, who took great care of us throughout the trip, but also by the wonderful Hanane. She truly went above and beyond to look after our group of seven girls, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Her hospitality was unmatched, and her food? Absolutely divine! The riad itself was perfect, tucked in a central location that gave us the best of both worlds. We were just steps away from the city’s most affluent restaurants while also being immersed in the real, lively energy of Marrakech. It was the perfect balance of luxury and authenticity. Everything about our stay was seamless, comfortable, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while giving you a true taste of Marrakech, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough! WE WILL BE BACK!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable en famille dans cette magnifique maison ! Très bon accueil d'Hassan le propriétaire qui a été aux petits soins pour nous avant et pendant notre séjour et de Nourdine le gardien. La délicieuse cuisine de Chadia a ravi petits et grands. La situation de la maison est parfaite pour un séjour réussi, au calme mais à seulement quelques minutes du centre et de l'aéroport ! Merci encore

Estuvimos fenomenal, Charles-Eric y Jamal fueron super atentos y nos ayudaron en todo momento, también Adil, el conductor que nos recomendó Jamal, fue muy amable y paciente (éramos un grupo grande, dispar, distintas edades y no fáciles de llevar...). Nos recogió y llevó al aeropuerto, también organizamos una ruta en los alrededores de un día, estuvo ideal la selección de los lugares e inmejorable el lugar donde nos llevó a comer. Las fotos de las instalaciones de la casa corresponden al lugar, ha envejecido un poco, pero poco más, la verdad es que nos sentimos bien al llegar. El único problema que realmente tuvimos fueron los escalones, no observamos que eran más altos de lo común (en España), y no tenían pasamanos, se nos complicó subir y bajar con mi padre y los niños, pero la verdad es que eso nos pasó en la mayoría de Riads y edificios antiguos de la zona. Tendríamos que haberlo estudiado mejor nosotros :) Gracias por todo, a todos, y hasta la próxima !!

Familien Villa in bewachten Ressort - 10min mit dem Taxi vom Stadtzentrum entfernt - in ruhiger Lage 🤩 Exklusive Einrichtung, großer Garten, riesiger Pool (wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen) - machen diese Villa zum absoluten Favoriten ! 👌 Wir haben jeden Tag die Küche von Samira genossen - was unserem Aufenthalt nochmal zusätzlich die marokkanischen Kultur nahegebracht hat 🙏

Mohamed is an absolutely top tier host and was amazing. So accommodating, helpful and friendly to my family. Helped with airport transfer, met us at check in and went above and beyond every step of the way. Set up a grocery delivery for us to the villa after arrival and even took a personal trip to make sure we could get currency exchanged. Dinner poolside was amazing - an absolute must if you stay with Mohamed. Communication was great and he’s absolutely dedicated to making your trip to Marrakech special. Whatever you need - sorted, no worries. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Marrakech

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. Firstly it is absolutely beautiful, exactly like the photos. The pool area was really enjoyed by the whole family. Clement was so good as a host; he was very responsive to our queries prior to our trip and whilst we were there. He helped us arrange a driver for the week and airport transfers which was extremely helpful, and recommended a local company for massages/hamman. Soumia and the other two staff cooked the most delicious food for us every day, and kept the villa clean and tidy. Soumia was also very welcoming particularly to our children. We loved our stay, would highly recommend it and would like to come back again!

The interior of the Riad was remarkable and located in a great block within the Medina. The property and linens were clean and Wi-Fi accessible. However, the highlight of the Riad was actually Zakaria who is the host of this property. He was extremely hospitable, made himself available to us always and gave us excellent local recommendations. He was an amazing resource for my entire family and made our first trip to Morocco memorable!
