Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

Surrounded by water in Svendborgsund

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Private and quiet guest house with private bathroom and kitchen

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for a night or two for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. I don't greet guests as the host; you check in on your own. 4 beds Double bed: 180x200 2 beds: 120x200 Cleaning, bedding, and towels are included. Dishwasher and underfloor heating The area is scenic, and there are opportunities for many great walks.

Boathouse

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

Krathuset - coziness for 2 + possibly 2 in a tent

Peaceful and private in the backyard by country property. View of horses and cattle folding, with the possibility of close contact with animals and nature. Accommodation for 2 people in a double bed in the cabin. From May 1, for an additional fee of 150 DKK, there is also the option for 2 people to sleep in a Stingray tent stretched between large trees next to the cabin. Dining area for 2 in the cabin. In summer by 4 guests there is a dining area outdoors or in orangery 10 meters from the cabin.

The Garden House

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Cozy newly renovated typical Danish timber-framed house surrounded by trees and nature. The fenced garden offers direct access to the forest. The house is conveniently located next to the road that leads to the cozy harbour village of Lundeborg. In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

You have access to the entire house. Here you'll find plenty of open space, a sunny terrace with barbecue facilities, cozy little corners, and a campfire spot. Please bring your own bed linen (including sheets) and towels. Alternatively, you can rent a set from me for 75 DKK per person. The property must be left clean upon departure. Alternatively, final house cleaning can be ordered for 700 DKK. Please follow the waste sorting guidelines; otherwise, a fee of 500 DKK will be charged.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
