Beautiful hidden gem. Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms, washer/dry, extra supplies. Fun and relaxing time throughout the property: hot tub, kayak and fishing, beautiful landscape for photos, pool table, and board games. We caught several fish for meals. Be careful not to travel at night and in a small car. The roads are narrow, winding and dark. We would have liked more security for access doors to feel safer at night. We would definitely recommend others who like more adventurous stay.

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful beach from the balcony or out the front door. The elevators were fast and quiet, which somehow stood out (I hate waiting for elevators!) Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We'll be back!

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

Beautiful rental. The views were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The resort is very kid friendly with a kids pool and playground. The restaurant on site was delicious. We went there multiple times. Overall we enjoyed everything about our stay.

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

Yayra's place is a hidden gem! Although it does not have windows to the outside, it does have windows to the courtyard and an upstairs rooftop with a nice view! The apartment is bright inside and rooms 4 people very comfortably. It is very well stocked, organized, and extremely clean. I was so appreciative to have a clean shower and shower liner! The apartment is in the heart of Viejo San Juan with so much to do. Remember to dress comfortably! A lot of hills to walk up and down the streets. The building is beautiful and clean. Perfect stay for my birthday celebration!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — right in the heart of Old San Juan, with all the restaurants, bars, historic sites, and ocean views just a short walk away. Every evening felt like a scene from a postcard. The apartment was exactly as pictured (if not better), super clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with everything we needed. The attention to detail was clear — from the comfy bed and cold A/C to the high-speed WiFi and fully stocked kitchen. Check-in was smooth and easy, and our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. They gave amazing local recommendations that made our trip feel like we had insider knowledge — from the best spots to grab dinner to off-the-beaten-path gems we wouldn’t have found otherwise.

Absolutely phenomenal space to stay in while in Puerto Rico. It’s gated with active security on the premises so it’s very safe. Beach within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and nightlife a short drive away. Couldn’t have enjoyed a better location. And the property cats were the cherry on top

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Paloma’s flat. The central location is unbeatable, within walking distance to everything you might want to explore in OSJ and yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The rooftop shade and evening views were a welcomed retreat after a tiring day in the sun. I saw some reviews complaining about parking, but we had zero issues using one of the 24-hr garages that Paloma recommended, it was a 5 min walk from the condo which we did with a young toddler. Highly recommend this stay!

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.

We had a great stay!!!The location was perfect. Only a short uber ride to old san juan. The accommodations were perfect for me and my 2 girls. Great view, very clean. Everything that we needed to for the beach was provided as well as toiletries and kitchen items. Will definitely stay again.

Staying here was a dream! A great little pool and beach access right out the door - what else could you ask for! The apartment was equipped with all you need for your beach hang stay. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Short Ubers around San Juan. Super responsive host before and during stay. Will caution that there was some form of construction every week day during my stay - but I don’t blame the host in that; it’s just communal living. But will forward the caution that if you want to sleep past 8 during the week and it will ACTUALLY bother you - this might not be the place for you until that completes (personally, I just went and napped at the pool lol!)

First time visit to Puerto Rico was incredible, all thanks to our stay at Maitee's Airbnb! Incredible location to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and Condado Beach. 24/7 security and multiple key fob entrances made for a very secure stay. Views from the 19th floor were incredible and breathtaking as well to see the city and beach! Will absolutely be back and can't wait to stay at Maitee's again!

I had a fantastic stay at Renato’s property in San Juan! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and lots of fun things to do. Renato was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in/check-out and overall communication super easy throughout my stay. Honestly, I have no complaints at all—everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!

Eva is a friendly and attentive host, she responds quickly and was concerned about the quality of my stay. There was a power outage on the island during my stay. Eva and her husband showed up immediately to figure out a solution for me, which was exceptional as some visitors didn't have the same experience with their Hosts. I visit Puerto Rico every year and I hope that this apartment is available when I return.

This stay was perfect thank you for everything. Very responsive host place was clean and the view of the beach was incredible all at all great day and would stay here again.
