Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Guaynabo

Julio was very responsive and helped immediately with anything we needed. The place looks just like the pictures. And of course it’s not a luxury BnB, but It’s great for its price and was about 10 minutes from everywhere I needed to go so Ubers were really cheap. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The place is exactly as described. A small studio apartment in a residential area. It is in a great location with easy access to major highways. Perfect for couples. The apt is safe, very clean and fully equipped. We will consider staying again for short visits.

Thanks Yamile for being very responsive. This apartment is a quiet place to rest and also surrounded by supermarkets, El Tablado in Guaynabo, restaurants, food trucks, and more…. Also the place is very secure and has a good location to go everywhere. If I need again a place to stay I will definitely rent this place.

It was an excellent experience with Katheryn, Daurys and their Place. The photos were the same as the place I was looking for, but above all I want to thank them for their support and collaboration extending my stay in the face of a personal emergency.

We had an excellent stay at Liz's property! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the home was spotless. Liz was hospitable and responsive. I highly recommend this place for future visitors!

Awesome place for the price. Mart/bar across the street is very convenient and welcoming. Close to highway and therefore easy to get around.

Our host was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, she made my family feel like we were part of hers. She was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive — always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The home was exactly as described and more — clean, welcoming, and full of warmth. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great experience. We felt so at home during our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my boyfriend for a week. Very spacious and modern. About 15-20 minutes away from tourist areas. Host was responsive and had great communication.

The house was everything we expected. It was in a great and quiet location. Commute to and from places were very convenient. It was extremely nice home with plenty of amenities and have a homey vibe. I left some things behind and the host was awesome at helping get those items back to me! I would definitely stay here again.

The house had every amenity as promised plus some nice surprises like laundry detergent (I could have packed fewer clothes and just washed) some condiments and spices for cooking, etc. Make sure you understand how to cook on an induction cooktop (we had to find and read the instructions). The pool area is very quiet, and the water was WARM! Great experience. I would definitely go back!

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Place was perfect for what we needed

We were delighted with the entire home. We stayed with three grown children and all were happy with their accommodations. The "owner's suite" with walk-in closet and bathroom is HUGE. About the size of a small home in itself. The kitchen faucet is touch-activated and probably needs a sign to instruct the new guest. Everything was very clean. Any question or request we had on the first day was quickly responded to and any deficiency was immediately corrected. Parking is inside a secured garage. Main TV has local cable and Owner suite TV accepts apps with passwords. Modern, clean, spacious and stylish. A great place to stay for you and your friends and family.

Eduardo’s home was lovely and they were extremely responsive and cooperative. It was a pleasure staying at their home and visiting PR.

My family and I stayed 7 nights. We were able to visit family and do attractions they recommended 10/10. Home was very spacious 2 rooms clean and also had some amenities that were provided I really appreciate. Host responded in minutes and helped us very friendly. As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!
