Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Harry’s place is perfect for a weekend stay. It has all the basic amenities, it’s cozy, and they’ve added thoughtful touches throughout. Check in was easy and communication was easy and clear. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and spacious house in a really excellent location. It's a central, walkable neighborhood, but not as touristy as the adjacent Condado. Perfectly comfortable in the mid-day heat with the AC units in the living room and each bedroom. Great food and culture options nearby, and a show 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to great urban beaches. The only issue we had on our stay was that some of the windows do not have glass - only storm shutters and screens - and there were some loud noises which kept us up in the night (loud stereo systems, revving cars, and the tiny but shockingly loud Coqui frog which parked right below one of the windows).

10/10. Would absolutely stay again, and recommend to all family and friends.

Juan was super responsive and very accomodating. I had to change the dates to my trip last minute and he quickly updated the request. I loved the place. I had everything I needed. I felt safe the place was very clean. If I do ever go back to Puerto Rico again, I will look to stay at Juan's place.

Our recent stay in Puerto Rico was nothing short of amazing! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was exactly as listed—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our trip was the stunning pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host went above and beyond, providing all the essentials we needed to fully enjoy the pool. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The location was also fantastic, close to local attractions and beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Puerto Rico. We can’t wait to return!

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Rafaelito was amazing. He was very welcoming and gave lots of good advice and recommendations. He has a very lovely home located in a safe calm area. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. Yazenky’s White Room was a convenient and comfortable place to stay during our visit to San Juan. The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described—nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a restful night after a long travel day. The location is close to the airport, which made arrival and departure very easy. While the neighborhood isn’t a tourist hotspot, we felt safe and appreciated the quick drive to Isla Verde, Condado, and Old San Juan. Communication with Yazenky was excellent—he was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable , affordable place to stay while you enjoy the island. Would definitely consider booking again for a future trip.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was beautiful and truly felt like a perfect escape, that my family and I needed. Everything was just as described-peaceful, clean and full of charm. My kids especially loved feeding the chickens and splashing in the pool in the backyard. The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was perfect. Thank you for such a memorable experience-we can't wait to come back!
