Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

Julián was a very friendly person and attentive to the needs that arose, he helped us solve problems we had and we had a very pleasant time in his accommodation, 100% recommended

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

Highly recommended accommodation! It is in an ideal environment and location to rest and get distracted, it has all the necessary amenities and also several entertainment options to share with family and friends! Communication with the host was very good, always attentive.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

We spent 7 unforgettable days at this amazing Airbnb in Ecuador. From the moment we landed, Manuel made us feel right at home. The property is even better than the photos—private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We were welcomed by Titan, Olguita, Tocayo, and another friendly pup whose name I can’t recall. We also hired Jenny to cook and clean—she was incredible! The meals were delicious and the place was spotless. The horse experience is something truly special—an unforgettable connection with these animals. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Quito!

The apartment is very nice. The only thing is that we are older people, and the technology was very hard for us to use, such as turning on the stove, the TV, etc. The area is very nice and quiet

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Awesome stay at Daniel’s place. Convenient location close to Mitad del Mundo and plenty of amenities. Private and safe property with his wonderful family and pets around. Daniel was helpful, friendly, and kind. My mom and I felt welcome and right at home despite our minimal Spanish. The only thing negative to say is that it was only one night that we got to stay there!
