House vacation rentals in Guayaquil

The private pool was fabulous! Flat screen tvs and private baths for every room very convenient for a big family. Kitchen was well stocked. Also plenty of AC’s to keep you cool. Maritza was a joy to deal with.

Excellent place clean and close to strategic places

We loved the stay. The location is perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to all our questions. Communication was excellent, in general we loved the apartment. We recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well located place.

Everything was great, we agreed on everything quickly, everything went great.

This place is so beautiful, colonial meets villa style. High ceilings, big dining table that fits a family of 12, the master bedroom boasts high ceilings and master bathroom with beautiful tile. The patio was my favorite part, beautiful, tropical plants, the iguanas! Yes! iguanas that come by to say hello but are harmless and the pool, I spent all day at the pool. My family really enjoyed the house. Thank you Amada and Sonia! Great Job!

It's a nice house and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The air conditioners work fine and beds are comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Exactly like the photos. Everything you could need for a vacation. I will definitely be coming back!!

I can't say enough good things about Blanca Isabel and her home. The place is ideally located on Via a la Costa, inside a gated community with playgrounds, roaming security guards, and very nice parks/trails that always felt safe. The backyard has a nice pool and hot tub where our family was able to relax and our kid had a blast. Inside the home, each bedroom and each main area had air conditioner. The linens were crisp, and the bathrooms were fully stocked, not to mention spotless. We made use of the kitchen on most days, thanks to the nearby Supermaxi grocery store, where you can find anything and everything you could need. We were also able to enjoy the many restaurants nearby, ranging from gourmet dining, to artisanal local fare, to fast foods like Burger King and Carl's Jr for the kids. But perhaps the best aspect of our stay was the host. Blanca and her team were very respectful of our privacy, but at the same time incredibly responsive and available. Highly recommended!
