Waterfront vacation rentals in Guayabo

We loved our stay, right on the water with the sound of the ocean to sleep to. The kitchen had simple equipment to cook with and we loved sitting outside having our coffee and breakfast. Xavier was very responsive and helpful. It’s safe, quiet, and beautiful. You can’t really walk to town, but everything is a short drive.

This place is absolutely amazing. There is no other way to describe it. We slept like babies listening to the waves crash against the rocks. The backyard area is also stunning and you can tell a lot of time and energy went into making it the perfect escape. This is one of the best homes that we ever rented in here.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

This Villa was beautifully situated between the ocean beach and the pool. It is large and spacious and lovely inside and out. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have chosen as better place for our multi-generational vacation. We will be back. Thank you Rafy!

Pros: the photos matched exactly, parking is easy, you have restaurants and coffee within walking distance, and view of the beach. Outdoor shower access, they provided plenty of beach towels. Cons: a bit cramped for 3 people, kitchen is very bare bones. No space to lounge or hangout inside. The bunk bed bedroom serves as a hallway between the bathroom, second bedroom and living room so isn't private. Things to note: please read the photo description!!! Some of the information is ONLY listed there and not in the description so we didn't notice it. The top bunk bed is only for somebody 125 lbs or lighter, the bottom bunk is only for 165 or lighter. Not good for 4 adults. All the super cute outdoor space and laundry is shared, the second bathroom is shared. The hosts were super attentive and friendly, it's a good Airbnb if your priorities are location, cute outdoor space, and beach views.

The place is perfect and it's only a few steps from the water and has a beautiful view to the each from the inside. PROS: Close to restaurants, beautiful view and lot of privacy. Hoy wáter I'm shower and Cold air condicioner. CONS: Bathroom shower Is very hard to get in(kind of narrow entrance. Bedroom next to the street and you hear every car tha passes by, if noise doesn't bother you the place is overall great.

Host was very friendly, even got to meet his wife from their balcony. The overall location could be easy to miss but they do have a big sign at the top of their building saying it’s the guesthouse. It pulls in right from the highway and the road to pull in somewhat small so it’s easy to miss. Parking is on a small plot of grass in front of the property and the highway. Host chatted us up for a while recommending things and even brought us to our door on the second floor. Place was spacious with 2 big bedrooms with 3 total queen beds. Appliances and bathroom needs some updating but for a 1 night stay it was worth it. It was just our stay in between getting from the east of PR to Rincon.

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

Mi familia y yo lo pasamos espectacular. Excelente lugar, extremadamente limpio, excelente ubicación, bien ambiente, muy privado, la piscina acogedora y limpia, camas super cómodas con matress de excelente calidad. Cerca de farmacias, panaderías, restaurantes!!! Y con el apagón de todo PR no hubo problemas, hay planta eléctrica que mueve toda la casa incluso los aires, estufa eléctrica y motor de piscina! en fin TODO! Gracias Victor, un lugar que recomiendo 200%

This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

My family and I stayed at the house this past week! We had an amazing time! The waves were a little big for my small children. However, we loved coming back from the beaches to the house. The sunsets were beautiful! One night we wanted to grill and the propane was out and the property manager, Chris came right over and changed it.

It was a pleasure meeting Frieda and her husband. They’re a very sweet and welcoming couple. The place was perfect for my wife and I. There’s a beautiful beach right across the street and we were very conveniently located between Aguadilla and Rincón. There’s so much to do and see in every direction. We had an amazing time in Puerto Rico and we would definitely rent from Frieda again.

Loved everything about this place! Beautiful, clean, didn’t want for anything. Jeff and Rae were sweet, hospitable, and caring! I hope we can stay here again in the future!

2nd time renter. We had family vacation with adult kids & grandkids. House & beach great for kids. There are some rocks but didn't affect us. Nice to have private pool. Most dinners were at the house & easy with grill. Olajas bar & restaurant walking distance. Great drinks food & people. Aguada is a hidden gem of PR. Easy drive to Rincon or Aguadilla for different beaches.

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Breeze! The property was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Everything was well maintained, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The beds were incredibly comfy, making for restful nights after a full day at the beach. The overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our family to make lasting memories!

Can't say enough about what a wonderful host Jayson is. We had another great stay. We always have everything we need. This is by far the best place to stay on the island. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Our stay was awesome! The house is beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. You can see the water from the third floor balcony. Marco and Magda were great. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Marco and Magda for sharing your home with us.

What a great place! Hearing the ocean waves as we went to sleep and woke in the morning was incredible. Aaron’s guide that was shared prior to our arrival had all the details and more to help us prepare for our arrival and we referenced it often during our stay for recommendations. He was great at responding and his home was as described and perfect for a couple looking to spend some quality time together on this beautiful island!

Beautiful location, though the walk to the beach is a little more than advertised. Home sits atop a mountain overlooking the beach. The view was worth it anyways, I would recommend.

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

The Place was clean and cozy, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to restaurants the beach was steps away and close to All the Top beaches on the Westside. The host was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous
