Vacation rentals with a patio in Guayabo

Nissi’s House was exactly as advertised. Both bedrooms were clean and had ample linens. The kitchen was all you needed for a few days to a week and included coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, and all needed cooking utensils. The living room was spacious and came with plenty of fun games. The pool and patio were fantastic and the selling point of the Airbnb. Incredible views, great seating and the pool was perfect for a couple of people. Could not recommend the Airbnb enough and Yajaira as a host.

I have to say that this is one of the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Bathroom, linens, floors… everything was pristine. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. Very close to restaurants and beaches but still at a very quiet location. Had all the amenities we needed, parking right in front. I’m very pleased with my stay and since I’m a local I will definitely book this place again!

Place is up on a ridge with beautiful wind and starry nights and nice views. No houses behind. Very central to all the beaches. Neighbours we met were fantastic as well to speak with as is Tara’s husband and son. We really enjoyed our time at Tartas and definitely recommend it. Nice little coffee area outside the apartment plus a grassy knoll outside the backyard to roam around.

We’ve stayed here multiple times- it’s really become our home away from home. Everything Is always perfect, and if we ever need anything its taken care of right away.

This place is absolutely amazing. There is no other way to describe it. We slept like babies listening to the waves crash against the rocks. The backyard area is also stunning and you can tell a lot of time and energy went into making it the perfect escape. This is one of the best homes that we ever rented in here.

Its a beautiful home. Perfect for us and our 2 younger kids. They enjoyed the swing and snacks. It was also a perfect distance from the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

Great home on beautiful private property. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. Diana was an amazing host who went above and beyond. I would highly recommend.

Very attentive, very thoughtful the hosts make you feel so good that you can't wait to come back. Very clean and very nice place close to everything. If I get the chance I'll come back again. The hosts answer quickly in the end I have no complaints about anything. I recommend it

Paul was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. During our stay, the island experienced a power outage, but Paul ensured we still had access to power and water, so we were never without anything we needed. It’s a beautiful place, and renting from Paul was an absolute pleasure.

Perfect place to be relax and enjoy the views. Owners are very responsive, respectful, (make us feel like family) and make sure that everything was as we planned. Place is well prepared for any situation (has a generator, very important in PR). Perfect location to enjoy Aguada or Rincon. Hopefully I can comeback soon to visit more places in Aguada

This photos don’t do it justice! The views, the isolation but yet close to anything you’d need. Private and comfortable, I would give 20 stars if I could. The pool is deep and big with a cool light, perfect for nights. Thank you for the experience!

Great location- about 10-12min to Rincon downtown. Appreciate Stefan giving us directions on how to get there, as they avoided most of the narrow mountain roads. Stefan was also very quick to respond. We were a group of 9 and fit comfortably, had enough kitchenware to cook breakfast both mornings. Only downside was the water temp and pressure. Pressure was great if you only had 2 showers running, but wouldn’t hold if you tried to use all 3 at the same time. Then the water temp never got hot hot, but also never cold, so good enough. Not sure how much control the host has over these two factors. Overall would recommend- the balcony was a great place to hang with the group.

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing vacation-then look no further than Ignari’s condo. We loved our stay here as it was very comfortable, easy to make ourselves at home and offered the best beach access and sunsets you could find. We rented a car, which is needed to go into the town for shopping, dining, groceries, and to explore the gorgeous island. When we return, we will definitely stay here again. Tip: eat at Cafe 413 - it was recommended to us by two people and it did not disappoint!

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

This little gem is exactly as described. Not fancy, but very comfy, with stars and ocean, nightjars and coqui, lovely quiet beach just steps away. We are “senior” travelers and enjoyed it! Jay was quick to answer when we had questions. It is 55 steps to get up there, but the stairwell and landings are wide, clean, and well-lit. Worth the climb! Safe gated parking accommodations. Recommend Pausa Cafe and Guayabos Sunset Restaurant.

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

It is a beautiful apartment, helpful instructions to find the place and get in, clean and right on the beach. It met all our criteria for our visit. The sound of the Ocean and the view from the living room were awesome. Had all the amenities one would need for a short stay. Cozy little place by the Ocean for a quick getaway !
