Del Encanto Beach House - Have Fun at the Beach!

On the West side of the island of PR, between towns of Aguada and Rincon, location known by their beautiful beaches. The house has 5 bedrooms (4 of them with its private bathroom) with AC units and a family area to accommodate up to 12 guests. Perfect place to be relax and enjoy the views. Owners are very responsive, respectful, (make us feel like family) and make sure that everything was as we planned. Place is well prepared for any situation (has a generator, very important in PR). Perfect location to enjoy Aguada or Rincon. Hopefully I can comeback soon to visit more places in Aguada

Such an amazing home! We LOVED our stay. As mentioned in other reviews the common area don't have a/c and it can definitely get warm but we managed and it was definitely still worth it. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. I wouldn't plan to cook full meals in the kitchen and maybe bring some extra towels With you but YES we will be back.

This was a great spot for our family of 6. The house was large and well equipped. They had a beach bag, cooler and beach chairs to use for day trips. The house is close to town and Rincón and aguadilla for day trips. It even had a generator which came in handy for the island wide power outage we had during our stay. The house was clean and rooms were nice and comfortable. Both bathrooms were clean and stocked. We had a great time!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place in Matías, perfectly situated between Aguada and Rincón. The location is ideal, with plenty to do in the area, amazing food nearby, and even better people. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the lush greenery in the distance. One of the highlights was the outdoor space, relaxing by the pool with the waterfall feature was an unforgettable experience. Stefan’s communication was top-notch (10/10), and he went above and beyond to accommodate a few birthday balloons as a surprise for my wife, which made our stay even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning scenery, great hospitality, and easy access to some of the best spots in Puerto Rico, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stefan’s Airbnb was awesome! My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights. We had a rental car and had a blast driving around Rincon going to beaches and doing some activities around town. The Airbnb itself was beautiful. The porch and pool area was so cozy. Nice shade with sun at certain times too. The kitchen had everything you need to make food at the place if you don’t eat out every meal. Stephan let us know we’d see the cleaning lady come by to access the utility closet once in a while. It was separate from our rental. He also let us know when the pool guy was coming to clean. Otherwise he was very responsive with any questions and gave some great recommendations. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Fuimos un grupo de 9 personas. La casa es súper cómoda, tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para una estadía larga o corta para muchas personas o pocas personas. La única situación en la que no supe que hacer y no nos pudieron resolver el problema fue que se fue la luz. Soy de Puerto Rico y entiendo la situación de energía eléctrica en la isla, se lo difícil que es la situación, pero como opción para los próximos invitado que se queden en la hermosa casa, recomiendo tener una planta eléctrica para que las personas que se queden tengan la oportunidad de usarla. Esa es mi única recomendación para la anfitriona, de lo demás un lugar espectacular y muy cómodo, la pasamos muy bien. Súper agradecida, gracias por todo.

Roger was very accommodating. We stayed for 5 months as we are transitioning into living here full time. The home is very spacious and comfortable for my family of four. He was also very helpful during the hurricane. We enjoyed our time there! Beaches are only a few minutes away! Renting a car is a must but you’ll have all the shopping within minutes of the house.
