It has air conditioning in the bedroom and TV with Chromecast so you can enjoy your Netflix movies, plus an equipped kitchen and 43-inch TV in the living room with Netflix included. The main avenue is located 3 and a half blocks away, the beach is 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. You will find grocery stores, a small supermarket, a butcher shop, and a tortilla shop.

You also have access to the common areas like the hamacas and livings on the main palapa terrace with views of the ocean and access to the beach.
