Vacation rentals with a patio in Guavate

We had an amazing time staying at Jessica’s place.Everything was exactly as mentioned. The host Juanita I cannot describe the warmth and the dedication she has to make sure the clients are well taken care! What a sweet person and so caring, she mad sure that we felt right home it was like staying with Family. My husband fell ill and she was there to make sure that his needs were met at all times We love Juanita!!!! The place was homey, comfortable and clean and the beds were very comfortable as well and we were able to watch tv and see our favorite shows on Netflix and prime. We cannot wait to stay there again.Very spacious also.

Yesenia‘s place was very lovely. Everything was clean and had comfortable bed. We had a small hiccup with a showerhead, but Yesenia was right on it and sent a person to replace it the very next day. Brownie points for Yesenia! Great host!

The location is great, it's very close to the mall. The area also felt safe and it was peaceful. The apartment was clean and modern. We had a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at la Casa de la abuela.! The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby tourist attractions. Aixa was incredibly attentive and helpful, and the house had everything we needed. We are so grateful to Aixa for everything. We recommend this Airbnb to everyone..

We always choose Airbnb over hotels whenever we go for vacations and Casa Serena is by far the best one we have visited. The peace, quiet, surreal beauty of the surroundings of the house makes your every penny worth spending. The night swims in the pool with the sound of nature and clouds in front of our eyes made it ethereal. Johanna, our host was simply amazing and always very responsive from the time we started planning. The house felt right at home. The interior was so esthetically decorated with those special touches of the canvases, coasters and cups which added extra flavor to the house. We would love to be back here again.

So worth it and looking forward to coming back with family.

During our Christmas stay in 2024, my family and I were captivated by this stunning house. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the owner had poured great care and attention to detail into crafting this beautiful home. The contemporary design perfectly complements the breathtaking views surrounding it. Inside, everything was impeccably clean and elegantly decorated with festive ornaments and a charming Christmas tree that added to the holiday spirit. As a delightful touch, we found a lovely bottle of wine and some chocolates waiting for us. Our host, Jose, exemplified true hospitality, keeping us well-informed about every aspect of our stay. This experience truly made our holiday unforgettable.

Brandon was helpful and always responded asap to all of my questions. We didn’t have a lot of time at his house as it was just a quick stop over for us but he answered all my questions and when I had trouble with the gate he immediately responded. I had to pull the lockbox out not up. He went out of his way to accommodate my check in and check out making my travel smoother. We were so grateful there was coffee and water. All of the bedrooms are the same size and style and include AC and TV. The house gets damp without the AC so be careful on the tile floors my son slipped. I felt the property was private and safe. There are kitties that wanted to chill with us outside be careful not to let them in. Wish we had more time to explore the highway and rivers.

My family had a great time! The house was a big and comfortable. Very well kept and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the AC in the rooms worked perfectly. The bathrooms were all clean and had everything we needed. The yard is very big with beautiful landscape. The pool was just as advertised. Thankfully the house is equipped with a emergency power generator, which was used in several occasions. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

Leon’s place was fantastic! You’re right on the beach with several activities and restaurants near by. Kitchen was nice, had all the things we needed! The unit has nice upgrades and is very chic. Thank you!!

First time in Puerto Rico - everything was made smoother based on Dakota's responsiveness, location to beach, restaurants, car rental, etc. Condo staff was very good when needed. Full kitchen and very comfortable beds. Supermarkets are a bit of a walk but manageable. Great experience and look forward to my next visit.

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend Tania's place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation experience!

My family of 6 stayed in the Pent House and it was perfect! The building felt safe, people were kind. Direct access to the beach and the house had everything we needed for the beach! I have 3 small children and they loved it. Watching the waves and the sunrise were priceless! Tons of things walking distance.. , Walgreens, fast food, Asian food, pizza, not far from a lot most attractions. Can’t wait to come back!

Beatrice’s apartments are always the best to stay in. They are very comfy, in a great location and always clean and inviting. She has everything you need in the apt. If there is ever an issue, she answers back right away and takes care of the issue but we have never had any bad issues while staying in her apartments. We love staying at Mar Bella apts and looking out over the beach! Beautiful views! Another great stay vacation!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed to step off the plane and head straight to the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs towels and umbrella. Peace of mind having a gated key fob entrance as well! Hope this available next year when we come back!
