Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Guatemala Department

We had a wonderful time in Becky’s home! The garden area in the center was so peaceful. Coffee and breakfast at the large outdoor table was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was within walking distance to endless Antigua amenities! Becky was always proactive and able to meet our needs before we even asked! We will definitely be staying here again!

Arriving here, I almost immediately wanted to unpack and rest, we just felt very 'at home'. The house was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The yard was wonderfully maintained and very cozy. The location was excellent, close enough to everything, but far enough away that it was very quiet.

Our family of 4 (with a 3 and a 7 year old) stayed here for the month of February and LOVED this place. We legitimately are planning on returning for the fall. Gorgeous three bedroom, 2.5 bath. Comfortable couch and beds. Beautiful light and great airflow. The neighbors were all lovely and the house is walking distance from some community squares with welcoming locals and great street food. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, communication was solid, and we really appreciated the weekly cleanings. Things to note: - The living room/dining/kitchen has high ceilings - there is a very loud echo. Like, very loud. - The house could really use some baking sheets and a vacuum - You are a 30 minute walk into Antigua town Honestly, this place is awesome.

The location is beautiful! Close to restaurants, bakeries, park, etc. Very safe and accessible. Well-appointed and furnished house.

The beautiful house, very clean, the location is excellent, you walk to the old town without problems or on the main street for bus or tuc tuc, the house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, very private.

Excellent place! Close enough for easy walking into Antigua yet just far away enough for some quiet at night. The courtyard is lovely and the pool is a fun addition. Would be happy to stay here again!

Mauricio is an open person and easy to communicate with, we had the support we were looking for to have a good experience. The accommodation provides comfort and a very good experience. Definitely recommend this place.

This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. Her place, specifically, was very comfortable and well-organized - I would definitely visit again! Thank you, Anne!

Everything is great Too bad that at check-out time a very rude and arrogant woman arrived to kick us out, that it was already time, even without authorization, she just opened and entered before the time, she was shouting that it was already time to leave and checking even when we had not finished leaving, violating the privacy of the client Everything was excellent. Very bad for the owners as it totally ruins the experience

The place matched the description perfectly, and the building is conveniently located near the tourist area. The apartment was small but cozy, equipped with everything needed for a short term stay.

Excellent stay with my son. Pau's apartment is cozy and the photos don't actually honor it, it comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and co-host was excellent from the beginning helping and guiding as much as possible. The location of the apartment is amazing, with beautiful views and a beautiful and entertaining environment where it is impossible to not find what to do. 100% recommended either for business trips or pleasure, you won't regret it. One downside: We couldn't meet the hosts :( … seriously, we hope to be back soon.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.
