This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Juan is a great hostage and always answer our questions on time The apartment is pretty nice and all new. We spend two nights but we have many activities si we didn’t have any time to use all the amenities they have but also seems very nice. We walk in the are to look for a dinner and we find many alternatives near at the area and the area seems p very quiet Also the apartment is 10 minutes driving to the airport if you are planning to travel early this is a very good option

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. Her place, specifically, was very comfortable and well-organized - I would definitely visit again! Thank you, Anne!

In a word: Perfect. This might be the best place we’ve ever stayed. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The bed and pillows? Amazing. The A/C? Ice cold. Bottled water waiting for us? Unexpected touch. And the location—so many great restaurants within walking distance. We wish we would have booked another night.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day .
