Ideal house for trips in large groups of friends or family. Large, integrated spaces and simple yet very comfortable accommodations. Impeccable communication with host (Brazilian Corner), always available to ask questions and provide guidance. Great cost-benefit, we didn't have any problems with hosting.

We spent an amazing fds at the home of Dna Albertina, which always served us quickly, being very friendly and helpful. The house is wonderful, huge (more beautiful than in the photos) very organized, clean. With an incredible view of the mountains and sunset. The fantastic leisure area. The kids had a lot of fun. It is a great place to gather a lot of people with a great gourmet area with barbecue area, games room, an elastica bed that the children loved and the heated pool (we went to the night)...all this was a huge differential. The house is all walled, for anyone who wants to take their dog is very safe, without escape route. Just one day that the Internet was a little unstable, but it honestly didn't miss us. Everyone loved the site and we intend to come back more times and stay longer days, because 1 weekend was little....

The apartment has all the utensils and a little more, super-equipped kitchen. The decoration is in very good taste. Bathroom, shower, a delight! I felt at home! The bed is very comfortable and has extra clothes and towels. The open sofa bed is large and sleeps 2 people if necessary. The view is nice because it is on a high floor and the apartment is very sunlit all day, and the blinds are great for dimming the light if you want. The table in the gourmet area is super functional for meals, with this view. The condominium pool is huge, very good in my case, as I took my daughter. The common areas of the condominium are a lot of fun for children. The only point that left something to be desired was the lack of PROTECTIVE NETS on the apartment windows, since we are talking about 20°. And also for this reason I praised the air conditioning that helped in this case of the windows being closed all the time! A very safe condominium. Shopping on the same sidewalk, about 7 minutes on foot Come back for sure!

The apartment is super well-equipped, clean and very well-decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. The location is also excellent, very close to Shopping Maia and with easy access to various services. The building has a great structure, with 24-hour concierge and services that make the stay even more comfortable. Fernanda is a wonderful host — very attentive, proactive and always available to help with anything. The only downside is the noise coming from the busy avenue nearby. Even though it's on a high floor, the tower in which the apartment is located picks up a lot of outside noise. Still, the experience as a whole was very positive!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with a great view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5-minute walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The apartment was spotless and everything within was well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The closet had enough clothes hangers for our clothes. We were also happy to have heating in the unit since the temperature in São Paulo was a bit cool the first evening. The washer and drier in the unit was much appreciated. The building felt very secure and has pleasant staff. It is near many restaurants, stores and night life. The communications with Marcos was excellent. Responses to our inquiries were quick. We will definitely stay here again.
