The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time much easier. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 a.m. and had to wait until 2 p.m. to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is very affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and stops next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps, since it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a parking space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the questions we had.

The place is quiet, the shower is warm and the house is well-equipped. Close to markets, bakeries and public transportation. We recommend it!

I stayed in this apartment for a three month visit to Brazil. I know Sao Paulo well and knew the area before arriving but staying right in the middle of Santa Cecelia was lovely. I would return again on my next visit.

Fábio's apartment is very well located, very close to the subway, and within walking distance of several points in the city center. Everything was very clean. The mattress is a firmer type, so for those who prefer softer beds, it may not be as comfortable. The accommodation in general is very good, I would stay again and highly recommend it.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, a beautiful view of SP. There is a hair dryer and iron. (Differential) A little kit that saved my trip was a mini shampoo with conditioner and soap. I highly recommend it to everyone.
