The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

Home Sweet Home! The hospitality was amazing from the start and the home was a storybook setting. What was also wonderful was how the home was setup. They thought about anything a guest could need. The caring that was put into the decor was spectacular. If you want a place to relax and remove yourself from the world, there is no better a place and no more charming of a host. THANKS DANIELE

Marco war stets digital schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Haus ist wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und nah am Meer - es sind tatsächlich nur 500 Meter, allerdings auch ca 50 Höhenmeter, was es zu Fuß und mit dem Rd ordentlich anstrengend macht. Die Gegend war Anfang Oktober schon sehr Nachsaison - unter der Woche hat praktisch nichts mehr offen, weshalb ich zu der Zeit lieber in eine etwas belebtere Gegend fahren würde, weil man für jeden Einkauf, Restaurant- oder auch nur Café-Besuch das Auto brauchte und die Zufahrt zum Haus war schon immer etwas mühsam. Im Sommer aber sicher toll dort mit vielen Stränden in der Nähe! Super fanden wir auch den Adria-Rdweg, den wir in beide Richtungen genossen haben.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Wir waren Mitte April für 4 Nächte Gast bei Daniela (2 Personen). Gestartet mit einer umwerfend herzlichen Begrüssung beim check-in zog sich ihr Service durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Nachfragen ob alles ok ist und Kümmern bei Anliegen. Charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft - nicht zu viel 'Schnick-Schnack' und nicht so steril-modern, einfach genau unser Geschmack. Sehr sauber. Super zentral gelegen und doch etwas abseits der "Hauptmeile". Die Stadt/Promenade lässt sich gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Bus erkunden. Alles in allem: einladend und lebensfroh -> perfekt, um (vom Alltag) abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Wir kommen wieder :)

The location of the house couldn't have been better than this, it was perfect! The village is lovely and charming, with lots of hidden corners to explore by foot. The cute village cats were very friendly, they would frequently visit our front door begging to get pets. As for the house itself, there are many room for improvements, but we still had a great time staying there. The host, Josie, is super friendly and is always ready to offer help when you need it. We had a small car accident and Josie helped us lots with that although she wasn't in Italy at that time, which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity, such that we could explore this beautiful village!

Ihana tilava asunto merinäköalalla, aamuaurinko avautuvalla ranskalaisella parvekkeella 50 m päässä rannasta. Seurueellemme (5 aikuista) täydellinen. Kaksi makuuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Auton sai asunnon pihaan. Gennaro vastasi nopeasti ja oli erittäin avulias.

Wir genossen die Unterkunft mit den 2 Wohnungen sehr. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und meldeten sich sofort bei Fragen. Wir schätzten zudem ihre Diskretion und fühlten uns immer frei. Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, tolle Aussicht und schöner Garten zum Spielen unserer Kids 4&6 Jahre. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank für alles😀

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura una settimana e la signora Leondina ci ha accolta con grande calore e gentilezza, rispondendo ad ogni nostro bisogno. L’appartamento ha ampi spazi, moderni e puliti, con tutto l’occorrente e il suo punto di forza e l’estrema vicinanza alla spiaggia. Ottima esperienza, torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Leondina :)
