Fontecchio is a very special, beautiful and creative little town. From the moment we booked the apartment, we felt welcomed into a community. Todd connected us to people in the village and we met Sabrina the mayor who warmly invited us to join creative community events. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and comes with lovely neighbours including Blue the cat and Mr Bugsy the sweetest dog ever 🥰 We ended up tearing ourselves away earlier than planned because my spring allergies kicked in but we would love to come back in the future. Thanks to Todd , Fabrizio and Bugsy for making our stay so wonderful.

The place was spacious with all amenities you could need. Clean and comfortable too. Beautiful garden with vegetables and herbs available for you to pick. The place was a convenient home base for me to visit the rest of Abruzzo. Nicola and his mother were polite and welcoming hosts.

The house is really beautiful and hospitable, even better than what appears in the photo. There's everything you need to cook, plenty of space, and the surroundings are simply spectacular. Both the owner and the lady who manages the house were very kind.

Another great stay at Alessio’s place. Love staying here. Alessio is the most wonderful host, and the location of the apartment is perfect. The beach is at the end of the road. One of the best ice cream places round the corner in the next road. Two minutes walk to the Tigre and other shops. Few more minutes to the restaurants and bars. Alessio is so kind, thoughtful and accommodating to ensure we have the best stay. Thank you and can’t wait to come back again.

The cleanliness is impeccable and the owner was very helpful and friendly. In summary, I can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place!

The apartment was spacious, well-kept, super clean and equipped with all the ideal comforts for a long vacation. We were welcomed together with our kitties with warm sympathy by Francesca, a discreet but always available host, very attentive to details and small kindnesses that make a difference. We really enjoyed it and hope to be back!

We loved this Airbnb! It’s in a great location for all seasons in Pescara, walkable to the beach and around the corner from the main promenade with lots of restaurants and shopping. The Airbnb itself is super comfortable with three spacious bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you need for an extended stay. Antonia and Stefano were also very responsive and friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Pescara.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. I had already been in this house a few years back and had a great time. Also in this case, both check-in and checkout were very easy and Giovanni came against me for the times. The house is very spacious and tidy and, for what I could need during the 3 days of stay, I found everything I needed. The location is also very convenient: close to the village center (reachable in 5 minutes on foot) but still secluded. If there's a chance, I think I'll be back.
