Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Abbiamo fatto la nostra annuale reunion tra vecchi amici ed é stata la location perfetta! C’era un ampio soggiorno dove stare tutti insieme, cucina attrezzatissima! Estrema pace dei sensi e paesaggio mozzafiato ! Dolcissimi i gattini intorno alla casa. La signora poi é stata così gentile che al nostro arrivo, sapendo che eravamo enologi, ci ha lasciato 4 bottiglie da assaggiare della zona ! Grazie !

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Ricardo, the host, was awesome. Very responsive. Got us a stroller when the airline lost ours. Gave us some great restaurant recommendations and overall was just great. Thanks Ricardo!!!

Wir können Angelo und seine Unterkunft bedingungslos empfehlen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht genossen. Angelo war immer für uns da und ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Die Ruhe ist wundervoll und sollte auch gegenüber den Nachbarn v.a. nachts respektiert werden.

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

The apartment is super nice for visiting Pescara, it is central and you can easily walk to the center. Also, Mario's father who received us was super kind and gave us several directions to the area. Everything was excellent.

Perfect location! Very warm, traditional apartment. Hosts are lovely! We arrived to fresh homemade pastries, a bowl of fruit, milk, bottled water, spices, and many other kitchen items. Felt like home right away. Will stay here again.

Io e i miei amici siamo stati ospiti di Roberto per due notti, soggiorno piacevole che ha rispecchiato le aspettative. La zona è molto tranquilla e la casa ampia nelle camere e negli spazi comunie ordinata e provvista di comodi bagni privati. Ci sarebbe piaciuta più chiarezza in merito al contributo extra per la cucina ma per il resto il soggiorno è stato ottimo, come dal tronde la disponibilità di Roberto.

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. Altamente consigliato

È già la seconda volta che usufruisco di questo appartamento che ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa anche solo per una notte. Persone gentilissime e appartamento pulito e confortevole!

Super easy and convenient check-in. Close to the train station, which is both positive and negative. Very good communication. Private. On a busy street however. A short walk to the center of Pescara.

Alloggio pulitissimo. Colazione con ciambella e varie sfiziosità (crostatine, biscotti e cornettini). Cucina con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Camere da letto belle e pulite. Bagni impeccabili con asciugamani, shampoo, bagno schiuma, phon etc... Complimenti!!!

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole nell'appartamento di Domenico. È stato super gentile, disponibile e flessibile con gli orari. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce - ci ha accolti di persona. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e dotato di comodo parcheggio privato. Consigliato

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Sonia e Nicolino sono degli host veramente eccezionali, molto gentili, disponibili e di cuore. Il check-in ottimo come anche il check-out. Casa con un giardino molto carino con due terrazzi con vista sul mare. Inoltre un bel prato curato e anche il parcheggio ottimo. La macchina rimane dentro il recinto al sicuro e direttamente vicino la porta di entrata, quindi molto comodo. Ci è piaciuto tutto e ritorneremo di sicuro. Grazie di cuore cari Sonia e Nicolino!

Wir können uns den hervorragenden Bewertungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen. Die Wohnung von Giuseppe ist wunderbar eingerichtet und wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist unschlagbar und der Balkon nach hinten in den Olivenhainen wunderbar friedlich und entspannend. In fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Küste, wo es einen hervorragend ausgebauten Fuß und Radweg gibt und man sich im Umkreis von 15 Minuten ganz unterschiedliche und sehr schöne Strände aussuchen kann. In die Altstadt von Vasto braucht man ebenfalls zu Fuß ungefähr 15 Minuten, weil es doch recht steil den Berg hinauf geht. Wir haben das aber jeden Abend problemlos sogar mit Kinderwagen geschafft. Unser Aufenthalt war rundherum großartig und mehr gibt es letztlich nicht zu sagen. Danke Giuseppe!
