WI-FI free. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria climatizzata di nuova generazione. Per le sue caratteristiche è idonea ad ospitare anche per lunghi periodi. In zona ztl, con comodo parcheggio dietro casa, si trova vicino ai principali servizi. Vicina anche al mare: grazie alla nuova strada a rapida percorrenza è possibile giungere a Soverato in circa 25 minuti.
